In line with the trend on the opening of global education resources,MOOC uses Internet information technology to integrate a large number of high-quality education resources of the world's major well-known universities and institutions,so as to realize the opening and sharing of high-quality education resources in the world.Therefore,it has been favored by universities,teachers and students all over the world.However,it is affected by high dropout rate and low retention rate.According to the survey,the completion rate of most courses on MOOC platform of mainstream universities is less than 10%.And 50% of Chinese users on MOOC platform do not complete a course completely.The research on retention intention of MOOC mostly focuses on managers of platform and curriculum design.The research on the behavior of learners is mainly based on characteristics of learner,learning effect and behavioral control.There is a lack of research on the psychological experience of learners during the studying process.In order to explore the factors affecting learners' retention intention,this study divided learning experience into three dimensions: flow experience,interactive experience and thinking experience,and took learners who participated in Python series courses developed by Mr.Song Tian and his teaching team of Beijing Institute of Technology on MOOC platform as the respondents.The research of scholars at home and abroad were referred to.The paper combined the technology acceptance model and the information system continuous model.Then,the theoretical model of this study was determined.In this paper,212 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey,and the collected data was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software respectively.The results show that flow experience has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.Such a relationship has not been validated in interactive experience and thinking experience.Perceived usefulness is positively impacted by perceived ease of use,both of which affect learning satisfaction.Then,the higher the satisfaction,the stronger the retention intention.Combining with previous studies,this paper discussed the results and contributions of empirical analysis,reflected on the shortcomings in the research and proposed the future prospects.
