Research On Postgraduate Tutor' Duty Of Strengthening Moral Education And Cultivating People

Under the current postgraduate training system in China,the instructor as the primary responsible person is the key force for postgraduate training,shouldering the mission and responsibility of cultivating high-level innovative talents in the country.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China issued the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Full Implementation of the Duties of Graduate Tutors",emphasizing that strengthening moral education and cultivating people is the primary responsibility of graduate tutors.The specific requirements for the postgraduate tutors in the new era to fulfill the duties of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.This article takes the postgraduate tutor to fulfill the duties of strengthening moral education and cultivating people as the main research content.Based on the research of relevant literature and materials,based on the results of interviews and questionnaire surveys,combined with typical case analysis,summarizes the current postgraduate tutors performing the duties of strengthening moral education and cultivating people..According to the survey results,most of the instructors can correctly understand the importance of the duties of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in thinking,and can actively practice the "four teachers" standard in the action.At the same time,most graduate students have a high degree of recognition of the tutors,and they believe that most of the tutors can do the better.However,some problems are still found in the investigation process.These problems are mainly manifested in the lack of education and guidance for the graduate students.For example,in terms of social responsibility,some tutors do not pay enough attention to the education of graduate social responsibility.In daily life,some tutors do not care about graduate students;even in terms of academic guidance,some tutors do not have sufficient academic guidance for graduate students,and the research conditions and treatment provided to graduate students need to be improved.Combining the research objects and themes of this paper,and exploring the causes of problems from internal and external sources.There are problems in the individual graduate tutors,the lack of scientific ideas and methods,the unreasonable evaluation mechanism of the tutors,and the negative impact of the complex and diverse social environment.According to the analysis of the survey results,this paper is supported by the relevant literature,mainly from the postgraduate tutor itself,the joint efforts of teachers and students,the construction of external mechanisms and the implementation of organizational guarantees,to provide countermeasures for the tutor to perform the duties of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.First,graduate tutors should start from their own,constantly improve their moral cultivation and academic guidance,and use the methods and art of education.Second,instructors and graduate students must work together to actively build a community of teachers and students to promote the common growth and progress of teachers and students.Third,starting from strengthening the construction of the mentor team,we will continue to improve the mentor selection system,training system,assessment,and joint education mechanism.Fourth,actively mobilize the enthusiasm of the education authorities,universities and the public,and play the role of organizational strength to ensure the implementation of the duties of the mentor.
