A Study On Career Decision-making Difficulties And Coping Strategies Of Postgraduate Students Majoring In Higher Education

The employment of graduate students is related to the allocation of national resources,the quality of talent training in schools and the value pursuit of graduate students themselves.At present,with the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the market puts forward higher requirements for talents.A large number of college graduates are troubled by difficult employment,lack of initiative and low employment satisfaction.In order to promote employment,improve their education and social status,more and more college students joined the team of postgraduate studies.However,three years of graduate studies,in the process of academic and scientific research,will be out of touch with the market,plus more time spent on academic design,there is little way to prepare for employment before graduation.As a member of the graduate student group,graduate students in higher education also face the problems of commonness and individuality related to employment.Therefore,this research takes the graduate students of higher education major in s university as the research object,and explores the present situation,influencing factors and coping strategies of the professional decision-making difficulties of the graduate students of higher education major.Taking literature analysis,interview,attribution and case study as the research methods,Guided by Market supply and demand Theory and Weiner's Attribution Theory;Finally,the professional decision-making difficulties of higher education graduate students are presented in the form of interview.Through the investigation,the author finds that the present situation of the difficulty of the professional decision-making of the master's master in higher education is the lack of preparation before the decision-making,the poor exploration ability of the vocational information,and the lack of guidance and support of the school and the society.In view of the existing problems,the author analyzes the reasons from the three aspects of the individual,the school and the society,and gives the concrete suggestions:(1)changing the way of thinking and eliminating the deviation of the idea;(2)setting up the professional values of science and doing well the career planning;(3)widening the channel of information acquisition and enhancing the information filtering ability.School aspects:(1)reasonably plan the training plan to be in line with the social demand;(2)optimize the curriculum setting and increase the employment course.The social dimension:(1)the market demand is in line with the export of talents in colleges and universities;(2)the transparency of information is improved.
