Studies On The Transfer And Employment Of Surplus Labor Forces In Rural Areas Of Southern Xinjiang

Employment is the people's livelihood,transfer of the surplus labor forces in xinjiang rural areas is a very important project,specially in southern xinjiang transfer of the surplus labor forces in rural areas is the vital way to solve rural labor forces surplus problem,boost the economic development,realize poverty alleviation and prosperity and strengthen national unity.Over the years,employment problem in southern xinjiang has always been the focus of the state and autonomous region party committees and government leaders at all levels.Promoting transfer and employment of southern xinjiang rural surplus labor forces,leading people in soutrn xinjiang rural areas to realize poverty alleviation and prosperity not only affects the social stability and economic development of xinjiang,but It is related to the overall situation of xinjiang opening to the west as the core area of the silk road economic belt as well.This article aimed to take a more systematic investigation and research on transfer and employment problem of surplus labor forces in southern xinjiang rural areas,on the basis of understanding the basic situation of the overall surplus labor forces in southern xinjiang,selected six representative villages in a county in kashgar for field investigation and analysis,finally tried to analyze the main factors affecting the transfer of surplus labor forces in southern xinjiang and on this basis tried to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve this problem and the current measures and achievements of southern xinjiang in the transfer and employment of surplus labor forces.This paper is divided into six parts,the specific contents are as follows:First part:The introduction which mainly explain the purpose of the topic,significance of the study,literature review and this essay's framework design.Second part:Systematically analyze the basic situation of rural areas in southern xinjiang,this paper aimed to study on transfer of the surplus labor forces of rural areas in southern xinjiang,and this needs a thorough understanding about the basic situation of southern xinjiang and rural areas in southern xinjiang,it alsoprovides reference and reference for the later case analysis.Third part:Narrate the method of the autonomous region in transferring of the surplus labor forces and relative achievements.Forth part:A case analysis of transfer of the ethnic minorities' surplus labor forces of rural areas in southern xinjiang--take a county as an example.After reading and analyzing the existed research results,the author found that it is representative to choose this county as the research object.Thus,it needs to make a systematic field survey about the basic situation of the county,the basic situation of survey village and the basic situation of the surplus labor forces in the survey village,and form a systematic analysis result.Fifth part:Based on the existed research results,the systematic analysis of the transfer of the surplus labor forces of rural areas in southern xinjiang and a case study of a county,this paper tried to put forward the main factors affecting the transfer of surplus labor forces of rural areas in southern xinjiang.Sixth part:Based on the existed research results and systematic analysis,try to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve this problem in the end.
