Research On The Impact Of Human Capital Structure Changes On Industrial Structure Upgrading

In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,the country's investment in education has been increasing accordingly,which has greatly improved the overall level of education in China,but also brought about changes in the structure of education level,that is to say,heterogeneity is becoming more prominent.From the perspective of heterogeneity,whether located in the east or central or western,China's overall high-level human capital is increasing,on the contrary,the lower level of human capital is gradually decreasing,which also shows that China's overall education levels in progress,human capital structure in the optimization.Capital has undoubtedly played a vital role in the process of industrial development and adjustment,and the role of human capital is becoming more and more obvious.In recent years,China's industrial development trend is strong,the quality and speed of industrial structure upgrading in various regions in parallel.Where does the incentive to promote the upgrading of industrial structure come from?What is the role of human capital in the process of upgrading industrial structure?After adding heterogeneity,this paper analyzes the difference of the influence of these human capital in the process of industrial structure upgrading,and these problems are the answer of this article.Firstly,this paper systematically expounds the relevant research and theories on human capital,industrial structure upgrading and the influence of the former on the latter at home and abroad,and then,based on the FE model(free entrepreneur model)in the new economic geography,introduces heterogeneity and constructs the inclusion of primary and The new economic Geography model of intermediate and senior human capital deduces the influence mechanism of different types of human capital on the upgrading of industrial structure from the theoretical level,and then makes a detailed analysis on the status quo of human capital and industrial structure in the national province.On this basis,this paper uses the 2006-2016 National Provincial level Panel data,using the fixed effect model(FE),stochastic effect model(RE)empirical analysis of the impact of heterogeneous human capital on industrial structure upgrading.Based on the theoretical analysis,influence mechanism and empirical results of the previous heterogeneous human capital on the upgrading of industrial structure,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)from the national level,primary human capital has not promoted the upgrading of industrial structure,but has played a role in inhibition;with the deepening of industrial structure adjustment,the influence of intermediate human capital on the upgrading of industrial structure shows periodic difference,while the effect of high level human capital on the change of industrial structure is more obvious.The marginal contribution of the role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure has gradually increased.At the regional level,the middle and senior human capital in the central and eastern regions is positively correlated with the level of industrial structure,and the impact of advanced human capital on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is greater than that of intermediate human capital.The possible reason for the slow change of industrial structure adjustment in the western region is the loss of high quality talents.Through the analysis of the article,the state should focus on adjusting the stock of intermediate and senior human capital,and strive to realize the transformation from primary education to intermediate and intermediate to high level,which can be used to meet the demand for core capital in the process of industrial restructuring and transformation,so as to better serve the development of national industry more matched.(2)There are differences in the effect of other control variables on the upgrading of provincial industrial structure in China.The degree of government economic intervention,foreign direct investment to the western region industry.
