Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Education Management In Ganzhou Zhanggong District

In the educational management system of our country,one of the most important components includes community education.It is a kind of education for all people.In the process of social governance,community education management is an important part of it.At the same time,it is directly related to whether we can successfully build a learning society and promote lifelong learning.Seven major departments such as the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China jointly promulgated the Opinions on Promoting the Construction of a Learning City in 2014.The Opinion clearly states that China should promote urban and rural community education in an all-round way and achieve innovation in social governance.It is inseparable from the development of community education that comprehensively building a learning society and building a socialist harmonious society.Increase the intensity of community education management,and achieve a modern community education governance system can promote the further development of China's community education.This article takes Ganzhou Zhanggong District Community Education Management as the research object,based on the theory of lifelong education,the theory of human socialization,the theory of learning organization and the theory of good governance,this paper discusses the significance of strengthening Ganzhou Zhanggong District Community Education Management,and investigates the present situation of Zhanggong District community Education Management by using the method of questionnaire survey,It is found that the Zhanggong District community Education Management has the following problems: first,the community education management is not standardized;the second is the lack of professional community education management staff;The third is the low level of community education management and the lack of community education management resources.In view of the problems existing in Zhanggong District Community Education Management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting Ganzhou Zhanggong District Community Education Management: first,to improve the Community education management policy system;Secondly,to cultivate professional community education management talents;third,to integrate the whole district community Education management resources;...
