Specialty education,as a widely mentioned form of education,can be said to be a derivative of quality education.Under the background of social development and the expanding trend of diversification,it effectively solves the country’s demand for professional talents in all walks of life.However,as specialty education does not belong to any kind of education under the national education system,its development is not perfect and has not attracted enough attention.The relatively lagging level of our understanding and the changes in the national education policy have also caused some erroneous values in the development of specialty education in recent years,which has become the focus of discussion and caused more disputes and misunderstandings.This research is based on the theory of multiple intelligences and the "meaning theory" of value theory.It takes individuals who were born in different years and have a special skill as the research object.It uses in-depth interviews and literature analysis to understand each individual’s experience of receiving specialty education in the basic education stage.It discusses the value of specialty education to individual life development from five aspects of body,society,mentality,humanity and life,and the value of specialty education to social development from three aspects of economy and culture based on the perspective of backtracking individual life.At body level,the physical exercise specialty education received by the individual in the basic education stage can help the individual to develop physical function and obtain healthy and graceful posture.At society level,the individual’s experience through specialty education can help the individual to promote communication,establish healthy interpersonal relationships,develop good behavior habits,and finally establish a foothold in society through acquired skills.From the perspective of mentality,individuals can gain a long-term interest,a confident attitude,a dedicated and tenacious spirit,and a sense of competition and cooperation in the process of receiving specialty education,especially long-term specialty education in the basic education stage.At the humanity level,individuals can cultivate their moral character and help set up their life aspirations through long-term edification of special education of different content types.At the level of life,the love of the family that individuals feel in China through specialty education can not only bring security to individuals,but also affect the change of individual’s concept of future family education.In addition,the interest that individuals gain through specialty education can become a spiritual sustenance for individuals in their leisure time in the future,helping individuals enjoy life and feel the beauty of life.From an economic point of view,the development of specialty education is conducive to preparing for the training of elite talents in different fields,conveying more T-type talents to the country and society,optimizing the talent structure,and providing capital for individual employment.At the same time,the development of specialty education is also conducive to the development of cultural and educational industries,driving the growth of the national economy and creating social wealth together with the employment of special talents.From the cultural level,the individual receives the special skill education the edification to form the good citizen morals,indirectly promoted the harmonious society constitution;In addition,the inheritance and development of different cultures,especially traditional ethnic cultures,also depend on the development of special education of some specific categories.The innovation and dissemination of cultural forms and contents need to be completed with rich personal special education experience.Through this study,the aim is to show the values of specialty education to the public through individual real life experience,to provide ideas for promoting the transformation of educational concepts in our country’s family,schools and society,and to provide certain reference significance for specialty education practice.
