Research On Social Integration Service Of Migrant Population In Guangzhou

With the rapid development of economy,the process of urbanization is accelerating gradually,and a large number of rural population migrate to cities.Guangzhou is the central city of the country,and its population structure has undergone a series of major changes.The proportion of non-registered population is increasing,even more than half of the permanent population in the city.The influx of a large number of migrants has provided sufficient impetus for Guangzhou's development and effectively alleviated the problem of population aging.It also improves the industrial structure of the city,optimizes the age structure of the labor force,and injects new vitality into the development of the city.At the same time,how to maintain the order of the city,handle the relationship between the local residents and the foreign population,and meet the basic public service needs of the foreign population in Guangzhou,has become an urgent problem facing the Guangzhou municipal government.In recent years,Guangzhou has made many positive explorations in promoting the innovative development of social governance,taking the lead in taking the new road of social governance for the migrant population in the national mega-cities.Taking innovative social governance as the breakthrough point and integration work as the innovation point,this paper explores how to realize the comprehensive integration of foreign population in politics,economy,culture,life and psychological identity.At the same time,16 towns in the city were selected to carry out the pilot project of characteristic integration community,and explore the integration path at the towns and community level,which achieved obvious results.In 2017,the "Five Years of Striving Forward" large-scale achievement exhibition held by the CPC Central Committee introduced the experience of Co-governance of the Fusion Conference of Sanyuanli town in Guangzhou.In this paper,Guangzhou's migrant population integration service as the research object,using literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods,first elaborated the research background,research significance,research status and research ideas;secondly,elaborated the theory of migrant population integration service,established a theoretical analysis framework;then,introduced the basic situation of Guangzhou's migrant population integration service.Finally,based on the results of the survey,this paper analyses the problems and causes of the integration service of Guangzhou's migrants,and puts forward seven suggestions on how to optimize the integration service of Guangzhou's migrants on the basis of the advanced experience of international migrant cities.Others are: taking the promotion of education and labor skills as the guide,changing the management and control as the main work idea,establishing the classification mechanism of integrated services,innovating propaganda methods,constructing the measurement index system of social integration of migrants,giving full play to social forces,expanding the coverage of basic public services,and steadily promoting the reform of the household registration system.
