Football is one of the most p of football. Because of that situation, the content of thefootball optional course in colleges and traditional teaching methods are hard to satisfy theneed of modern teaching. For those students who have already master certain knowledge offootball, they will find what the teachers teach boring if traditional teaching methods are stillused. Worse still, these students popular sports in the world. Football teaching is also a basicpart of physical education among colleges. In order to meet the needs of most students, theoptional course of football has been set up. Due to the lack of equipment, teaching resourcesand venues, it is found that football teaching has not been set up widely among primary andsecondary schools, especially in rural areas, which results in the situation that students incollege shave different levels in the command of the knowledge ill thus lose interests,whichis extremely bad for their improvement of the master of the football knowledge and skills.However, if the traditional teaching method and content are reformed, students who have poorcommand of football skills will find it hard to adapt to it. In this case, in order to solve thisproblem, the pattern of dynamic hierarchical teaching is been tested in optional course offootball among colleges.The subjects of this research are from students of Hunan International EconomicsUniversity whose major is physical education. Literature and data, classroom observation,questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods are used to analyze the effect ofthe implementation of "dynamic hierarchical teaching. The result of the research shows that"layered teaching" mode option in the football can bring up better classroom teachingeffectiveness and help students to develop active study and exercise habits. However, thenegative side effects of the layered teaching still exist. So positive and correct guidanceshould be offered to those students who have strong self-esteem and self-confidence. Thestudy concluded to option course can effectively improve the results for dynamic hierarchicalteaching method in football, favorable to cultivate students ’ active learning and exercisehabits. Students on classroom teaching of satisfaction high than traditional teaching. It isbetter than traditional teaching methods for Dynamic hierarchical in College football optioncourse result.
