The profession of teachers has been endowed with the mission of the Holy Spirit.Therefore,the professionalism of teachers must follow the footsteps of the times and constantly improve.Classroom teaching is an important part of the normal development of teaching activities,and it is also the main way to achieve the all-round development of students.Nowadays,with the promulgation and implementation of the new college entrance examination policy,the high school physics curriculum reform has also achieved phased results and substantial progress,but some teachers in high school physics classroom teaching are obedient,inadequate teaching preparation,teaching methods are not mastered,teaching poorly chosen strategies and formalized teaching,which leads to inefficiency in the classroom still exists.These phenomena not only violate the goal of the Ministry of Education during the "two sessions" to reduce burdens and increase efficiency,but also become a stumbling block to the implementation of the new curriculum reform,and greatly hinder the overall development of students,which hinders the progress of society.Improving the effectiveness of high school physics classrooms has become the focus of high school physics teaching,and the improvement of teaching effectiveness has an important connection with teachers' PCK.In this paper,we mainly study the effectiveness of high school physics classroom teaching through the five elements of PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge),which provides a practical reference for physics teachers to improve classroom teaching effectiveness.The research of the subject is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background of the subject,discusses the purpose and significance of the research,and the research methods used in the research process.The second part is a theoretical review of the subject research.Firstly,it expounds the research history and current situation of effective teaching and PCK theory at home and abroad,then discusses the theoretical basis of the subject,and thendefines the various elements of physics teacher PCK and the elements of effective teaching.The third part is a comparative analysis of cases.Targeting two types of teachers of different teaching ages,comparing the differences in various aspects of classroom teaching,the scores of the observation scales of the two teachers by the teachers of the teaching and research group,the students' love for the physics class,and the students' effectiveness in the high school physics class.The analysis of the results of the questionnaire and the after-school interviews with the two teachers finally concluded that the knowledge of the students is the most important factor influencing the effectiveness of classroom PCK.The fourth part is the strategy to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Through the research results of the case in this paper,we can get five strategies based on the teacher PCK to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,which can provide practical reference for physics teachers to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.The fifth part is the concluding remarks,including the research conclusions,the author's gains from the research,and the existing problems and reflections in the research.
