Nowadays,many people choose to release pressure from outdoor cycling.In the course of exercise,too much exercise can lead to excessive fatigue,which can lead to a variety of symptoms.Therefore,it is necessary to quantitatively classify the fatigue status of cyclists during cycling,so as to guide the scientific movement of cyclists.In this thesis,the changes of frequency,speed,power,heart rate,respiration rate and electrocardiogram were observed during the exercise.An outdoor cycling fatigue quantitative assessment method is designed by combining the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The main work of thesis is as follows:1.Thesis analyzes the current sports fatigue evaluation method.It is found that the existing subjective fatigue assessment method is simple but lacks scientific basis.The objective evaluation method is mainly by detecting the biochemical indexes such as urinary protein,poor timeliness,expensive equipment and limited application scope.Based on the rider real-time trample frequency,speed cycling,cycling power,heart rate,breathing rate and electrical movement indicators,we design a fatigue assessment methods,it can accurately evaluate the level of fatigue of the rider.2.In this paper,the cardiopulmonary endurance evaluation experiment was designed,and 30 subjects were divided into five different groups according to the strength of the exercise capacity.An outdoor cycling fatigue experiment was designed with the tacx T2060 bicycle Ironman smart cycling table to simulate the outdoor sports scene.Using the tacx T2060 bicycle Ironman smart bike platform to simulate the outdoor sports scene,30 subjects were recorded on the cycling table in real time,cycling power and cycling speed.The respiratory rate and heart rate were collected by Zephyr BioHarness portable physiological signal measurement system.Using the ecg signal acquisition device,the electrocardiogram signal of the subject's fatigue state was collected.The correlation between heart rate variability and fatigue condition was analyzed using time domain,frequency domain and nonlinear and wavelet analysis.3.Design a multi-parameter fatigue quantitative evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Using support vector machine to classify the moving indexes collected by each fatigue stage,the classification results found that the accuracy rate of three categories and five categories was 87.51% and 85.62% respectively.The four types of accuracy rate were 94.64%,which indicated that the movement indexes collected during the fatigue stage were effective.Validated with linear regression equation assessment model for fatigue analysis,found the crowd subjective fatigue evaluation model of the fatigue evaluation value and design in this paper,evaluation value,the evaluation value of fitting line effect is good,and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.95,significant coefficient is less than 0.05.It is suggested that this paper designs an outdoor cycling fatigue quantitative classification model,which can effectively realize the quantitative classification of sports fatigue.
