Political identity is a category of political construction and an important prerequisite for political development.It has special significance for contemporary Chinese political construction and social development.Young teachers make an important part of the teaching staff in universities and are also very important in promoting the scientific development of higher education and improving the students' satisfaction with higher education.Strengthening the political identification of young teachers in colleges and universities is conducive to the implementation of the party's line guidelines and guiding ideology,helps to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field,and can enhance the confidence of the whole party and people of all ethnic groups in the country.The main body of the paper has four sections:This first section defines the definition of "political identity" and "political approval of young teachers",and then analyzes the constituent elements of political identification of young teachers in universities from the perspective of politics and psychology.This section mainly elaborates from below three aspects: party identification,national identity,and institutional identification.This second section presents the Main Characteristics of Young College Teachers' Political Identification.Which can summarized as below :the reflection of time and representativeness.The Main Problems and Causes of Young College Teachers' Political Identification are discussed in the third section.Political identification of young teachers in universities has major problems such as the lack of political awareness,political indifference,political motive utilitarianism,and low evaluation of political status.The main factors accounted are also analyzed: the individual political quality factors,social negative factors and institutional factors of young teachers.This fourth section elaborate the Construction Strategy of Young College Teachers' Political Identification.Some necessary measures should be taken to consolidate the social basis of political identification of young teachers in colleges and universities,such as tamping the material basis,building up social security,creating a fair environment,and expanding mainstream public opinion.Specific paths should be paved to enhance political recognition of young teachers in universities,such as Strengtheningeducation guidance,clearly identifying directions;solving practical problems and meet actual needs;changing communication methods,building bridges of trust;establishing incentive mechanisms and regulating interest relationships.
