At present,in the case of a surge in graduates and a basically stable social position,the "Opinions on Further Improving Employment and Entrepreneurship under the New Situation" issued by the State Council in 2015 clearly stated that "actively promote entrepreneurship to drive employment" and "encourage university students to become independent." Entrepreneurship,changing the employment pressure of college students is a quality entrepreneurial resource.However,in contrast to the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship in China,there are data showing that in the past five years,The proportion of college graduates who start their own businesses almost doubled from 2011 to 2017.However,the success rate of college students is worrying,even if It is in a province with good entrepreneurial environment such as Zhejiang,and the success rate is only 5%.It can be seen that under the new situation,the task of improving the entrepreneurial ability of college students is imminent,and as the most important subject of graduates' entrepreneurial ability training,colleges and universities,in today's increasingly close contact with colleges and universities,must place entrepreneurship education at an important position.On the basis of how to improve the entrepreneurial ability of colleges and universities,where is the existing entrepreneurial education system needed to be improved?This paper takes personality traits as the research medium and N undergraduate students as the research unit to explore the current status of personality traits and entrepreneurial abilities of undergraduates in N,as well as the relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial abilities.After understanding the current entrepreneurial system of N School,the suggestions and countermeasures of the N-school entrepreneurship system are proposed from the perspective of personality traits and analysis results.The conclusions and results of this paper are:(1)The entrepreneurship ability of college students in N is on the high side as a whole,but it is uneven and the gap is relatively large.On the whole,the method ability of college students in N school is better than the social ability and professional ability.The Eysenck Personality Simplified Scale of the N College Students The high-to-low personality traits of the Chinese version are mental,concealed,neurotic and internal and external.(2)On the whole,the entrepreneurial ability of college students is negatively correlated with their psychoticism and neuroticism.There was a positive correlation with introversion andextroversion.Professional competence has no significant correlation with the four personality traits,while psychoticism and neuroticism have significant negative correlation with entrepreneurial method competence and entrepreneurial social competence.It should be noted that introversion and extroversion are positively correlated with social competence.In the process of concrete analysis of each index,the conclusion is that the two personality traits of psychoticism and neuroticism are not conducive to the promotion of entrepreneurship on the whole,while the introverted and extroverted indicators need specific analysis.In different ability components,introverts and extroverts have their own advantages and disadvantages.According to the results of the above relationship between personality traits and entrepreneurial abilities,the entrepreneurial ability of college students can be improved from the following five aspects:(1)Optimize the atmosphere of campus entrepreneurial environment and give play to the value of campus spiritual culture to personality.(2)Integrating ideological and political education into entrepreneurship education,and exerting the role of ideological and moral character in promoting personality.(3)Implementing personalized entrepreneurship education on the basis of College Students' personality development.(4)Improve the flexible policy of entrepreneurship education for undergraduates,and help students build psychological adjustment mechanism..(5)Guiding students to understand their own personality "short board" and helping them carry out "personality promotion" independently.
