The new curriculum standards require students to learn useful geography for life,and cultivate the core quality of geography.Case teaching is a good teaching method that is proved by practice,which takes region as the platform to cultivate students' regional cognition degree,takes case as the carrier to cultivate students' comprehensive thinking ability,and is problem-oriented to cultivate students' human-earth coordination view and geographical practice ability.At present,the case teaching method in China's research is still in the primary exploration stage.On the one hand,there are few teachers using this teaching method;on the other hand,it lacks the support of relevant theories,making the teaching effect unable to reach the optimization.Therefore,the author combined with their own professional knowledge,carefully studied the Soviet union educator Babansky teaching process optimization(hereinafter referred to as "teaching optimization")theory,in order to present the optimization of case teaching design,achieve the best teaching effect.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance of this paper,and explains the research content and methods adopted,presenting the research framework of this paper.Secondly,the concept of teaching optimization,case study and case teaching is explained through literature research method.At the same time,the theoretical basis of the combination of teaching optimization theory and case teaching method is elaborated,which lays a theoretical foundation for the combination of the two below.Then through the questionnaire survey and interviews to students and teachers to investigate,and then carried out a statistical analysis on the result of the study with the method of data analysis,and found that the teachers and students support the use of case teaching,but because of the teachers in case trouble collecting,writing causes students don't think case content is not novel,enrich and teachers to the classroom discussion to control ability weaker students discuss result is bad,the existence of these problems make no case teaching,its teaching effect.In this paper,the most important thing is aimed at the existing problems and applying the teaching optimization theory in the geographical case teaching,education consultation,to stimulate students' learning activities,the zone of proximal development method,and the flexibility of the teachers education thinking and the optimization of two standard theory as the foundation,proposed senior high school geography teaching in case writing,case and case evaluation in the process of optimization design.Finally,according to the optimal design scheme of the case teaching process proposed,the case analysis method is applied to the section of "agricultural location selection" as an example to independently carry out the case teaching design and implement it in the internship high school.According to the evaluation of the teachers who listen to the lecture,the classroom effect is analyzed to provide a reference for the front-line teachers.The last part of the paper summarizes the main achievements,shortcomings and prospects of this research.
