With the new changes brought about by the new technological revolution and the industrial revolution,college students need to constantly improve their literacy to adapt to new changes.As an important part of college students' literacy,interpersonal communication ability has received more and more attention.Postgraduate education is the highest level of education in the national education system.It shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents for socialist modernization,which is directly related to the future of the country.However,the author found through investigation that the impressions of different groups on the interpersonal communication skills of science and engineering masters are not ideal.Therefore,this paper takes the master's degree of science and engineering of H University as the research object,centering on the status quo of interpersonal communication ability of science and engineering master students,and through the working path of “questionnaire,literature,literature and interview”,quantitative and qualitative research Combine the way to conduct research.Starting from the three dimensions of communication skills,communication cognition and communication tendency,it is divided into seven dimensions: speech,non-verbal,listening,self-awareness,cognition,anxiety and self-confidence.Through the investigation of the master students' study and life building,explore the current status of their interpersonal communication and discover the problems.Look for the reasons and finally propose countermeasures.The findings of this study are as follows:First,the overall situation of interpersonal communication skills of science and engineering masters is not satisfactory.This study focuses on different genders,grades,faculties,activity experience,work experience,etc.,and draws different genders,work experience,activity experience,part-time experience,cognition,communication knowledge and communication purposes.Communication skills have an impact.Based on this,it is found that the interpersonal communication ability of master students has the following problems: the lack of active communication between teachers and students,the difficulty in communication between some students and teachers;although the master students try to improve their interpersonal communication skills,the practice is poor;The interpersonal communication ability of master students with good family conditions is worse than that of master students with poor family conditions;master students have anxiety problems in the process of communication;online communication has gradually become one of the main ways of interpersonal communication among master students.Second,the reasons for the problem of interpersonal communication skills are complex.It is summarized as: the indirectness and virtuality of the network;the master students' understanding of the value of communication is not clear and the initiative is poor;the teaching philosophy and mode of the university make the lack of the cultivation of students' interpersonal communication ability;the parents' educational concept and other students' cognition And behavior have an important impact;the impact of inappropriate ideas and external values in traditional culture.According to the reasons for the formation,this study proposes corresponding solutions: to build a network environment of “Tianlang Qingqing”;master students should improve their understanding and enhance their initiative;schools should pay attention to curriculum setting and students' mental health construction,and teachers should enhance communication.Consciousness;parents establish correct educational concepts,guide students to build correct communication concepts;and finally build a social environment suitable for students' interpersonal communication.Through the conclusions of this research,the author believes that we should pay more attention to this situation,strengthen the research on the master student group.
