Under the background of "one school,one product" and "one ball,one drill" initiated by the Ministry of Education,school cheerleading and campus football are opening up for a great opportunity.The successful promotion of "one school,one practice" in jiangyin city of Jiangsu province and "one school,one practice" in jinshui district of Zhengzhou city has established a realistic model of Chinese campus cheerleading and campus football in school sports development.With the continuous advancement of school sports education reform,the content of traditional school exercises in primary and secondary schools is particularly important.In order to actively promote the National "football into campus" initiative and the "sunshine cheer into campus" series of activities carried out by the National Cheerleading Promotion Center in the education system,under the new educational reform situation,Breaking through the narrow field of traditional Chinese campus cheerleading and the development of campus football,campus football cheerleading activities were created and created to accommodate pregnancy,forming a football cheerleading activity with diversified and innovative content and forms.The purpose of this study is to enrich the exercise content of the innovative class activities,promote the growth of young people's physical and mental health,actively promote the implementation of "football into campus",and promote the atmosphere of campus football culture.This study is based on the research of campus football cheerleading activities and the investigation and application of the middle school ofmeixihu attached to Hunan University.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature data,expert interview,video analysis,case study,questionnaire analysis,logic analysis,etc.to study the creation and compilation of activities of campus football cheerleading activities.The study found that:First,the background of the establishment of campus football cheerleading classes is born under the policy guidance of "one school,one goal,one practice" and the call of "football into the campus",according to the current situation of campus football activities.Combining the current background of the times and the call for social needs,the combination of "ball" and "doing" was formed from the characteristics of the project,and football technology was used as an action element.The football cheerleading in the form of cheerleading is born in the integration and development of campus culture through policy guidance and social promotion.Second,the creation and design of campus football cheerleading activities is mainly designed from the four aspects of the creation and editing concept,the creation principle,the creation and editing elements,and the creation and editing method.The set of action layout design is scientific and reasonable,and meets the age characteristics of middle school students.And physical and mental characteristics.The results are good,and they have been recognized by school leaders,teachers and students,and provide reference for the innovative research of middle school PE activities in the future.Third,the practice of creating and editing school football cheerleading activities is the process of theory guiding practice.The arrangement of the sets of actions is scientific and reasonable,andconforms to the characteristics of middle school students 'age group exercises.In the selection of movements,the main material is the technical movement of football.Through the method of movement extraction,movement evolution,and action combination,the number of sections is arranged according to the position order of each character on the football field.And the strength is from low to high to low.The time schedule for practice is about 5 minutes.In the selection of music,according to the characteristics of the target,the music is passionate and lively.It can meet the needs of middle school students and stimulate their interest in practicing exercise.Fourth,the application analysis of campus football cheerleading activities is based on the case analysis of Central Meixi Lake Middle School attached to Hunan Normal University.Through investigation and research,it is found that students can basically be proficient in campus football cheerleading techniques.The understanding of the movement can have a clear understanding.By learning and practicing to master the set,it has a positive effect on the development of students 'physical and mental health.Students have a new understanding and understanding of campus football culture and have a positive promotion of the atmosphere of campus football culture.
