The kindergarten teaching activity routine in this study refers to the general routine that teachers and young children should abide by in group teaching activities.The teaching activity routine can have an impact on teachers and young children,and it is mainly positive for teachers,but it can have beneficial effects and adverse effects for young children.Researchers used literature,observation,and interview methods to study the general routines and their effects in the course of teaching activities.This study mainly uses S kindergarten as the research object,through the observation of the collective teaching activities of S kindergarten,the teaching activity routines are divided into two categories: One is the norm for the behavior of young children;The other is the routine of the teacher teaching activities organization.The norms for the behavior of young children can be divided into the requirements for children to sit,the requirements for raising hands,the requirements for listening,the requirements for answering questions,and the requirements for operational behavior;The routine of the teaching activities organization mainlyincludes all the tasks around the realization of the teaching objectives,the teaching content can not deviate from the theme and the teaching is limited to the time range.The study found that teaching activity routine can help maintain teaching order,ensure the smooth progress of activities,promote the realization of teaching objectives,facilitate other work of teachers and facilitate teachers to manage classes;The beneficial effects of teaching activity routine on young children are mainly to help young children adapt to group life,cultivate good learning habits of young children,and cultivate positive emotions of young children;The adverse effects are mainly unfavorable to the release of young children's lively and active nature.Some routines will limit the development of young children's thinking to a certain extent and will also limit the peers' interactions to a certain extent.This study reflects on the existing teaching activity routines of S kindergartens.It is believed that from the perspective of the routines of teaching activities,teachers are the main subjects,and children are relatively absent;Judging from the routine utility of teaching activities,teaching activity routines are more restrictive for young children,but do not play a role in guiding young children'sbehavior;Judging from the conventional content of teaching activities,there are too many conventional contents and some teaching activities are not suitable for the development of young children.This study proposes suggestions for improving the existing teaching activities.First of all,teachers should establish a teaching concept based on young children.When formulating routines,they should follow the rules of physical and mental development of young children and let them participate in the formulation of teaching activities.Secondly,it is necessary to guide young children to correctly understand the routine,so that the children realize that the routine is not beneficial to others,but also beneficial to themselves;Finally,we must also play a regular guiding role and play a regular role in promoting the development of young children.
