As China's vocational education enters the period of high-quality development,the core of the connotation development of every vocational college is to build a teacher team with sufficient quantity,reasonable structure,excellent quality and exquisite skills.In China,female teachers have occupied half of the full-time teachers in vocational colleges.As an important part of full-time teachers,their class teaching ability has unique advantages and characteristics,but there are also some problems.Therefore,through the study on the problems of female teachers' class teaching ability in vocational colleges,it is of great significance to actively explore the strategies for improving their class teaching ability to promote the construction of teachers in vocational colleges and improve the quality of education and teaching.This paper adopts the method of literature research,investigation research to investigate the status quo of female teachers' class teaching ability in three vocational colleges in Yue Yang city,Hunan province.Through to the female teacher teaching preparation,teaching design,teaching implementation ability,modern education technology application ability,teaching management ability,teaching guiding ability,teaching evaluation ability,teaching reflection ability,curriculum resource development ability of the specific conditions of the nine aspects,such as analysis,found that there were problems,explore the reason of the influence,finally put forward the corresponding strategy.The survey results show that the overall situation of female teachers' class teaching ability in vocational colleges is good,but there are also the following problems: lacking of teaching design ability,teaching quality is difficult to guarantee;the enterprise practice experience is insufficient,the practice instruction effect is not good;the teaching evaluation is too simple and the result is biased;the resource development ability is limited,the teaching content is difficult to enrich and so on.The reasons affecting the classroom teaching ability of female teachers in vocational colleges are not only the deviation of female teachers' self-consciousness,but also the unsound school system.In view of the above problems and reasons,combined with the actual situation of vocational colleges in China,this paper puts forward targeted strategies to improve the class teaching ability of female teachers in vocational colleges,including: insisting on the people-oriented concept and simulating the self-development of female teachers;establishing the concept of lifelong learning and comprehensively improving the ability of teaching design;implementing the enterprise practice system,improving the practical teaching ability;changing the concept of teaching evaluation and constructing the multi-teaching evaluation system;enhancing the awareness of curriculum resources development,multi-way to enhance the ability of resource development.In order to effectively improve the female teachers' class teaching ability through these measures,so as to further improve the overall quality and level of teachers in vocational colleges in China.
