In the current education,the trend of practicality and utilitarianism becomes more and more obvious.Teachers and students are rushing to the increasingly fierce competition for survival.Rational thinking,the exploration of inner self and the spiritual exchange of pursuing truth are gradually forgotten and lost,leaving only the spiritual pursuit of low-level pleasure.At this time,the spiritual height of human beings It has already fallen.At the same time,various teaching experiments have emerged one after another,but due to the lack of overall spiritual guidance,it is finally easy to go to nothingness.Thus,the dwarfing of the spirit of the person in education and the lack of the overall spirit make man become a functional existence,which runs counter to the essence of the education "adult".This thesis attempts to explore Jaspers' s educational philosophy by focusing on the spirit of Jaspers' s spirit,in order to bring inspiration from Jaspers for the current education.The paper first explores the starting point of Jaspers' s spiritual cultivation.In Jaspers' s view,cultivation begins with the self-opening and internal exploration of human beings.The self-opening of people is based on the interaction between man and the world and history.People live in the world,are part of being with the whole,and are also people living in the present reality.Therefore,people must interact with the world and others.In the same way,people are also people who are in the history.History has established a solid foundation for human existence.In history,we feel the power of excellent culture and open up the space of self-existence.Through the interaction with the world and history,the individual fully develops the self and communicates with the self in a state of mind and body.Second,the content of spiritual cultivation contains current knowledge and original knowledge.Jaspers believes that only through the mastery of current knowledge and understanding of the original knowledge can be the content of true education.The current knowledge provides an objective guarantee of understanding the world and is indispensable as a basic material for education.The original knowledge is about the overall existence of human beings,which can provide us with a guideline for the rich and ultimate value.The accumulation of current knowledge alone does not lead to true education,but the nutrients of the true self are obtained from the original knowledge,and its source lies in great figures and classic works.Again,for the realization of spiritual cultivation,Jaspers believes that we need to go back to the excellent ancient culture and great people to find the answer.Therefore,we use the "Socratic style" dialogue as the way to achieve spiritual cultivation.Different from the teaching methods between the general teachers and students,the “Socratic” dialogue is based on the freedom and equality of teachers and students.Teachers andpursuit.Therefore,the teacher's responsibility is not only to teach fixed knowledge,but to awaken the inner soul of the students,enlighten the wisdom,and finally enable the students to achieve self-generation in the true sense.Finally,the paper expounds the ultimate direction of spiritual edification: self-transcendence.Through universal communication,individuals gain knowledge and understanding about the external world and the inner self.In history,they inherit and cultivate the historical spirit through great figures and classic works,and finally move toward transcending their own lives.This transcendence is a detachment from the real situation and self-deception.It is a leap from finiteness to infinite possibility,thus achieving the free and easy and self-life of self.Through the combing and analysis of the spirit of Jaspers' s spiritual cultivation,this paper finally settles on the enlightenment of the cultivation of ideas,calling for the emphasis and return of the human spirit in education,so that education can become the true education of "real people"..
