The fundamental task of colleges and universities lies in Morility Education.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council's "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation" emphasizes that we must adhere to the whole process of cultivating people in all aspects and form the top ten courses and scientific research.Long-term mechanism for educating people."Three full-education" allowed the ideological and political work to run through the whole process of education and teaching,and opened up the last mile of educating people.As the backbone of ideological and political education,the class adviser is an important carrier for all employees to educate people.It can accurately reflect the whole process and educate people in all directions.The class adviser plays the role of educating people and can effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Based on the Marxist theory of all-full development and the internalization theory of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the content of interviews through interviews with excellent class teachers,and obtains the knowledge and skills,attitudes and awareness of the role of class adviser in educating people.Seventeen free nodes under the theme,in order to sum up the influencing factors of the education work of the class adviser in colleges and universities.At the same time,with the help of the class adviser's cognition and student satisfaction model as the research model,the research results show that the class adviser's education work status in colleges and universities.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative,qualitative part,interviews six excellent class advisers of "Construction of Global Tier-1 University ",through qualitative analysis,with Nvivo analysis software,draws the influencing factors in their interviews,and proposes the class teacher in college.Education ability model.In the quantitative analysis,through questionnaire survey and analysis by SPSS analysis software,we found the satisfaction factors affecting the work of college class adviser and the expectations of students,and the countermeasures to serve the work of college class adviser.This paper focuses on the education of class adviser of colleges,based on the concept of "Three full-Education ",and finally proposes improvement measures from the three aspects of individual,path and security,respectively,to improve the ability of class teachers to educate people,to achieve full education,and to optimize the governance of colleges.The class adviser of colleges educates the path to ensure the whole process of educating students,perfecting the college class teacher education and helping to promote all-round education.Each countermeasure is divided into several implementation measures to ensure the integrity of the countermeasures.The class adviser of colleges in college is not a new concept.This paper attempts to improve the countermeasures for the education of college class teachers based on the concept of "Three full-Education" and combines the actual work to improve the countermeasures for college teachers.
