Now,vocational education emerges a lot of outstanding problems,which bring by the low-quality resource of student and lacking of management.These problems include the teachers' dissatisfaction to the current situation,the job burnout,the low efficacy,high-pressure from work and low-level income,etc.And these problems also result in the decrease of the teachers' sense of the self-identity.These factors has already become the reasons for preventing the development of vocational education.My study takes 313 teachers from vocational colleges as example.The relationship between the career identity and the job burnout by using the table of career identity value and the table of the Job Burnout value were studied.And I drew the following conclusion :(1)The career identity and the Job Burnout exists distinct difference in the demography.The career identity exists differences according to the teachers' age,teaching-age,marital status,school type,operating post and monthly income.The Job Burnout varies according to the teachers' sex,age,teaching age,educational background,professional ranks,school type and monthly income.(2)Vocational school teachers' career identity has a significant correlation with job burnout.Occupational identity is negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low personal accomplishment.(3)The overall career identity can significantly predict the job burnout scale.Career identity can significantly negative prediction of emotional exhaustion.Career identity significantly negative prediction depersonalization.Career identity significantly negative prediction of a low personal accomplishment.(4)The emotional exhaustion of vocational school teachers plays a mediating role between career identity and depersonalization.
