As a part of higher education,private vocational colleges play an important role in the cultivation of technical talents in China.It is an important measure to ensure the sustainable development and sustainable competitiveness of private colleges and universities to carry out teacher motivation in private vocational colleges.As private vocational colleges have their own unique orientation and management concept,their incentive mode cannot directly copy the practice of public colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the construction of teacher incentive model in private vocational colleges.The research results of this thesis mainly include:(1)Through extensive reading of literature and relevant research theories,this thesis discussed the problems of teacher motivation in private vocational colleges and analyzed the causes.This thesis pointed out that there were many problems in private higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect system,incomplete incentive dimension,single incentive mode and lack of long-term incentive.(2)This thesis taken the NCA college as a case study,according to the material incentives,incentives,environmental incentive,spiritual incentive four dimensions,designed twenty-two incentive factors,and through the questionnaire survey and data statistics analysis,the private higher vocational colleges full-time teachers,management,teachers,part-time teachers,hire teachers incentive is expected,and the different groups of teachers incentive factors are important degree of sorting,which summarizes the quantitative basis of building incentive mode.(3)This thesis proposed to build a " differentiation teacher incentive model",aiming at full-time teachers,put forward the adoption of "material-growth" incentive model;For the management post teachers,adopt "growth-material" incentive mode;For part-time teachers,"material-environment" incentive mode is adopted.The "environment-spirit" incentive mode is adopted to rehire teachers.This paper discusses the emphases and incentive measures of different incentive modes in detail.Through this research,on the one hand,it provided specific strategies and methods for NCA college to implement teacher incentive model.On the other hand,it provided theoretical support and experience for the design of teacher incentive mode in other private vocational colleges.
