Recent years, the research of full-time professional degree has become a hot spots in the education filed, our country has held many meetings about full-time professional degree master training. The paper analyzed and elaborated on the current research status and related theories, not only broadly discussed graduate training mode, but also research the practice ability, and propose operational measures. The study purpose is to provide the theoretical basis for full-time students pursuing degree.First, the paper discusses the research status of "full-time professional degree training. Second, the paper analyzes the problem of full-time professional degree in the practice ability, and proposed several measures to improve the existing training methods from the four aspects of the students’practice ability training.
