Research On Student Satisfaction Of MBA Education In Hebei University Of Technology

With the deepening of MBA education assessment and reform,the Ministry of Education degree and graduate education development center on the quality of MBA education puts forward higher requirements.Hebei University of Technology approved for the MBA program in 2000 by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee,belonging to the fourth batch of the country.After 17 years of efforts,the MBA education of Hebei University of Technology in Tianjin and Hebei regions has established a good brand image,but with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation and the development of MBA universities in the white-hot,the MBA education program of Hebei University of Technology is facing new opportunities and challenges,and there is a certain gap from China high-quality MBA education certification standards.In the evaluation of MBA education service quality,it is very necessary for students to evaluate the subject.MBA students' satisfaction with MBA education can reflect the satisfaction degree of MBA students at the time and the direction of the improvement of MBA quality.The research has both theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the theory of management and marketing,this paper takes the MBA education of Hebei University of Technology as an example,regards the education as the service,regards the students as the customer,adheres to student-oriented,and analyzes the students' satisfaction of MBA in Hebei University of Technology.Firstly,this paper constructs the index system of MBA education in Hebei University of Technology,including the teaching staff,practice,teaching management,administrative management,educational resources and class construction,combining with the literature research,student interviews and the status of MBA education in Hebei University of Technology.Then,through the method of questionnaire survey,SPSS statistical method is used to analyze the internal analysis of each index and the influence of sample characteristics on the overall satisfaction.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the research results,including improving the level of teachers,strengthening the practice of teaching,integrating of student resources,improving the level of management services,increasing investment on educational resources,building brand characteristics and so on.
