Since the 2008 financial crisis and the European debt crisis in 2010,How to better promote employment in the new situation has become a difficult issue for all countries.In reality,typically developing countries China and typically developed economies the United States and Germany use innovation and entrepreneurship as a strategic choice to solve this problem,but the entrepreneurial transformation rate of innovation in typical countries such as China,the United States and Germany are not high,with 9.8% in the United States,7.2% in Germany and less than 1% in China.Several questions behind this phenomenon are worth studying,namely: how does innovation and entrepreneurship better coordinate and promote,what is the underlying mechanism? How can innovation and entrepreneurship lead to employment? How to quantitatively measure the employment effect of innovation and entrepreneurship? Unfortunately,the current research results mainly focus on investigating the employment effects of innovation or entrepreneurship on a single basis.A small amount of research on the employment effects of innovation and entrepreneurship is mainly hampered by frame descriptions and qualitative analysis,and lacks quantitative research.Based on this,this article refers to the coupling theory in systems theory and compares the employment effects of the coupling of innovation and entrepreneurship in typical countries such as China,the United States and Germany,and expects to provide policy inspiration for China's innovation and entrepreneurship strategy and its promotion of employment.In order to reach the above research goal,the article will be divided into six major parts,specifically:Chapter 1 is the introduction.Mainly on the research background,research content,research objectives,research methods and research significance.Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis and literature review.After elaborating on the relevant literature which mainly includes the "employment effects of innovation ","employment effects of entrepreneurship","employment effects of innovation an entrepreneurship" and "employment policies of innovation and entrepreneurship",it makes a comprehensive review of the literature.Chapter 3 is the experience comparison of innovation and entrepreneurship to promote employment.The comparative analysis method will be used to research the current experience situation of employment driven by innovation and entrepreneurship among China,the United States and Germany,so as to provide a reference for China's employment driven by innovation and entrepreneurship.Chapter 4 is the evolution of the coupling of innovation and entrepreneurship.Using the modified Cob-Douglas production function,innovation-entrepreneurship system is constructed based on the perspective of maximizing social utility,and the coupling mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship is revealed from both static and dynamic dimensions,thereby comparing the evolution of innovation and entrepreneurship in China,the United States and Germany.Chapter 5 will measure the employment effect of the coupling of innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the coupling mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship,this section constructs a simultaneous equation model of A,K and L to empirically measure the direct,indirect,and comprehensive employment effects of the coupling of innovation and entrepreneurship in China,the United States and Germany.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and policy inspiration.This article summarizes the research results of the article,and gives policy inspiration based on the model analysis,mechanism exploration and empirical research of the previous article,and proposes innovation points and research prospects of the article.The results are as follows: In the coupling type of innovation and entrepreneurship,China has mainly undergone the evolution process from the mild coupling detuning to on the verge of coupling mismatch to critical coupling match and to primary coupling match;the United States has mainly experienced from on the verge of coupling mismatch to critical coupling match to primary coupling match and to the intermediate coupling match;Germany has undergone the process from on the verge of coupling mismatch to critical coupling match and to primary coupling match.In the type of coordination,the United States and Germany are in the "innovation and entrepreneurship conformity",while China is in the "entrepreneurial advancement".With regard to the employment effect,when the coupling of innovation and entrepreneurship increases by 1%,the employment in China,the United States,and Germany will increase by 0.2682%,0.4585% and 0.3923%,respectively.
