Teachers’ information ability of ascension to the teachers’ teaching ability and professional development has a certain role in promoting, is part of a teacher’s ability development. In rural basic education in the information technology play an important role, both in the education teaching and classroom management has great value,.But the countryside elementary school teachers in information technology applications have not reached a certain capacity requirements., this article studies the city of descending area part of the rural primary school Chinese teachers’ application of information technology, the other basic education teachers have a very good reference value.This research mainly through the information technology development on the basis of the requirements for teachers, through a lot of reading literature and investigation of grassroots teachers interviews and other methods of Ningxia, descending zone at the grass-roots level of rural primary school Chinese teachers’ information technology application in classroom teaching situation, through the survey found that teachers’ information technology application development of unfavorable factors are:less information technology resources; Information technology application fewer; Did not make full use of information resources and fewer training effect is low; Information technology and curriculum integration ability is insufficient; Education resource acquisition is difficult problem. According to the requirements of teachers’ information ability standard, put forward to enhance primary school Chinese teachers’ information technology application status of some strategies:improve teachers’ knowledge of information technology; Enhance the role of information technology training; Improve the conditions of education information resources; Teacher has been promoted the use of information technology in class teaching; Improve teachers’ curriculum integration ability.
