Shadow education is also called "extra-curricular tutoring","extra-curricular tutoring","education tutoring" or "private tutoring".In academia,it generally refers to a kind of supplementary education,which is paid by the private and oriented to the mainstream school education.Its teaching content mainly revolves around the academic curriculum,and changes with the changes of the mainstream school curriculum and examination content.A series of studies,represented by Mark Belle,a well-known educator in Hong Kong,show that shadow education exists in both developed and developing countries,while nearly 80% of primary and secondary school students in mainland China are involved,which is a hot and difficult issue in the field of basic education.The vigorous development of shadow education not only attracts wide attention from all walks of life,but also affects the development of school education in many aspects.Teachers,as the main body of education and teaching in schools,are also influenced by shadow education.This study takes the influence of shadow education on teachers' professional development as the research theme,chooses the middle school beginning teachers in F city as the research case,and analyses the influence of shadow education on the professional development of the middle school beginning teachers,with a view to exploring the reasonable path of the professional development of the middle beginning school teachers under the influence of shadow education.In the theoretical sense,this study can enrich the relevant theories of shadow education and teacher professional development.In practical sense,it can help people to look at the development of shadow education dialectically and provide reference for the professional development of beginning teachers under the influence of shadow education.The main body of the text consists of the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the origin of the problem,the significance of the research,and makes a literature review of shadow education and the content of teachers' professional development.The second part is the research design.This paper introduces the current situation of No.1 Middle School in F City and the reasons for the selection of individual cases,and determines the interview method as the main research method.It also introduces the selection of the sugar object,the design of the interview outline and the explanation of the implementation of the interview.The third part is the result of the influence of shadow education on the professional development of beginning teachers in middle schools.Based on interviews with teachers and the three dimensions of teachers' professional concept and ethics,professional knowledge and professional competence in the "Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers(TrialImplementation)",this paper presents the results of the influence of shadow education on the professional development of beginning middle school teachers.The fourth part is the conclusion of the research on the influence of shadow education on the professional development of beginning middle school teachers.In the third part of the study On the basis of the results,there are opportunities and challenges for the professional development of beginning teachers in secondary schools from an objective perspective.The fifth part is the research suggestions on the professional development of junior middle school teachers under the influence of shadow education.According to Shadow Education The specific influence of the newly appointed teachers is reflected from both the teachers themselves and the external environment,and some suggestions are given to promote the professional development of the newly appointed teachers.
