"The teacher is human civilization disseminator" teacher is the engineer of human soul "education plans,teacher centered" and so on,it is self-evident importance reflected from the teachers,the research on Teachers' professional development is many.However,in many domestic and foreign literature,the research on the professional development of teachers as an important part of the beginning teachers is less and less,out of interest and thinking of this problem,the author selected the high school mathematics in this field,this thesis research work.The topic of this thesis is the professional development of mathematics teachers in junior high school.The mathematics teachers in new senior high school are defined as teachers whose teaching age is not more than 5 years.This paper is discussed from the following four parts.The first part is the introduction.What is the background of the question,introduces the research problem of this paper is what,what is the significance of research and research methods of what also introduces the overall framework and the overall idea;the second part is the overview of the theory,including the domestic and foreign related research and defines the related concepts of two parts.Domestic and foreign related research summary,this part includes the theoretical research of the professional development stage of teachers at home and abroad,and the research on the connotation of teachers'professional development both at home and abroad.The definition of related concepts includes the definition of the concept of novice teachers and the definition of the concept of mathematics teachers' professional growth.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the professional development of mathematics teachers in junior high school.It consists of three parts.The first part introduces the object,method and purpose of this investigation;the second part includes the basic situation and analysis of the questionnaire;the third part includes the basic situation and analysis of the interview survey.The fourth part is the ways and strategies to promote the professional development of junior high school mathematics teachers.It consists of three parts.The first part from the beginning high school mathematics teachers self professional growth this point of view,from the second part to promote the professional development of mathematics teachers in senior high school novice school to support this point of view,the third part from the local educational administrative organization to promote the number of beginning high school school teachers'Professional development on this point.The fourth part put forward from the perspective of students to be appointed to promote the high school mathematics teacher's fast-growing ways or methods.Because I have little talent and less learning and limited ability,the questionnaire and visit the outline does not necessarily reflect the problems thoroughly,the related theory literature involved is not necessarily comprehensive and accurate;and all kinds of conditions,the scope of the investigation work is confined to the area,plus the degree of fill in the questionnaire is not always is true and reliable,therefore,the research results of this paper do not necessarily reflect the overall problem.Anyway,I would be very grateful and honored to ask my research to be of little significance to this field of study.
