0-3 years old is the foundation stage of a child's life.The quality and level of nursery services accepted at this stage have a long-term impact on children's life.With the development of society,parents' requirements for the quality of nursery services are also constantly improving.Understanding the parents' satisfaction with nursery services in China is of great significance to understand the current situation of nursery services in China,to improve the quality of nursery services,as well as to provide policy reference and formulation.In this survey,the satisfaction of parents of infants aged 0-3 years in nurseries was investigated by combining quantity with quality.Firstly,based on the relevant literature and other authoritative questionnaires and scales,the researcher compiles the predictive questionnaire,then issues the predictive questionnaire and collects the data,eliminates the inappropriate questions,revises the structure and items of the questionnaire,and forms the formal questionnaire.Secondly,formal questionnaires are issued and collected,questionnaires are cleaned,invalid questionnaires are eliminated,and parents' satisfaction with 0-3-year-old infants and young children's nursery services and their differences are understood.Thirdly,in order to have a better understanding of the situation of parents' satisfaction,the researchers conducted interviews with parents.The results of this survey are as follows:Firstly,parents of 0-3 years old infants and young children nursery service have higher overall satisfaction,which is between satisfaction and very satisfaction.Parents are also more satisfied with each dimension.Secondly,parents' satisfaction with indoor space is higher than that of outdoor space,and their satisfaction with activity resources and materials and the natural environment around nurseries is slightly lower.Parents are not satisfied with the lowest degree of satisfaction that nurseries can be open to their parents during non-nursery hours.Parents are satisfied with the teachers' status in nursery institutions and the management and service of kindergartens.Thirdly,maternal education,parents' occupation and family income level have a significant impact on the satisfaction of nursery services.Parents' age and father's educational background will not have a difference in satisfaction.Fourthly,there are significant differences in parents' satisfaction with nursery services in different regions.The nature of nursery institutions and the cost of nursery services have no significant impact on parents' satisfaction.Finally,this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of nursery service from the aspects of parents,institutions and policy-making: parents should establish a correct concept of nursery service and escort the development of infants and young children;nursery institutions should improve the quality of service from the aspects of environment,resources and materials,teacher training,family-nursery interaction,parental education and multiple services;policy-making departments should improve the quality of nursery service.The quality of nursery education service is guaranteed by the system of policies,regulations and standards,the development of various forms of nursery education service institutions,the improvement of teacher training system,and the organization of curriculum research and development.
