With the rapid development of network technology,the flipping classroom teaching mode based on information technology has emerged.This kind of teaching mode reverses the order of classroom knowledge acquisition and internal knowledge of class,and the network platform can effectively solve the problems existing in the current high school geography teaching and meet the needs of students individualized learning.The author actively went deep into the feasibility and necessity of the middle school to investigate and implement the flip classroom,and watched and analyzed the high school regional geography flip classroom teaching record,and got the enlightenment from implementing the flip classroom.According to the literature research and survey results,the teaching process of flipping classroom was constructed,and three high school area geography flip classroom teaching cases were designed.Finally,according to the teaching effect of implementing the flipping classroom,combined with the case analysis enlightenment,the paper summarizes the role of the flip classroom in the high school regional geography,and the high school regional geography flip classroom application strategy.This paper intends to combine the flipping classroom with geography teaching in our country and innovate the high school regional geography teaching model to provide reference for teachers and geography teaching reform.Finally,the following research conclusions are drawn: First,on the basis of the previous research,combined with the conditions of the implementation of the flip classroom in the sixth middle school of Hohhot,and the current status of geography teaching in high school,re-creating the teaching process of flipping classroom,design and Three high school area geography flip classroom teaching cases were implemented.Second,the role of flipping classrooms in geography teaching in high school areas: cultivating the core literacy of geography disciplines,improving students learning ability;improving geography learning interest,enabling students to actively participate in the classroom;and realizing the individualized needs of students’ learning styles.Third,the high school regional geography flip classroom teaching application strategy: select appropriate content to flip,create high-quality teaching resources;problem difficulty set layer by layer,from shallow to deep to lead students to think;set up a variety of collaborative inquiry activities,guide students Conduct classroom communication;establish a multi-faceted learning evaluation system,pay attention to the student learning process;student individualized learning combined with teacher personalized guidance.
