Survey Report On The Willingness Of Working Women Of Childbearing Age To Have A Second Child In Wuhan Under The Background Of "Universal Two-child Policy"

Population is an important issue affecting the sustainable and healthy development of China's economy.After the fifth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China proposed the "universal two-child policy" in 2015,the implementation effect of the two-child policy has drawn great attention from the whole society.According to data released by the national bureau of statistics in January 2018,the number of people born in China in 2017 was 17.23 million,630,000 fewer than the 17.86 million reported in 2016,down 3.5 percent.Among them,the number of second children rose to 8.83 million in 2017,1.62 million more than in 2016.Second children account for 51.2% of the total birth population.That's up 11 percentage points from 2016.According to data released by the national bureau of statistics in January 2019,15.23 million people were born in 2018,and the birth rate was 10.94 per thousand.The natural population growth rate was 3.81 per thousand.2 million fewer than in 2017.What is the willingness of women of childbearing age to have a second child? What are the factors influencing it? What are the problems in childbearing?This paper in Wuhan professional women of childbearing age as investigation object,using literature study,investigation,analysis,qualitative analysis methods,such as the "comprehensive two children" policy background,the Wuhan professional women of child-bearing age birth two children will present situation,problems and challenges,and promote Wuhan professional women of childbearing age to have second child will countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly writing research background,literature research,etc.The fourth part mainly summarizes the problems of Wuhan women of childbearing age and analyzes the underlying reasons.The fifth part is the experience and inspiration of foreign countries about having a second child.The sixth part is the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the willingness of Wuhan professional women of childbearing age to have a second child.Through the research found: Wuhan childbearing age professional women do not want to have a second child;Fertility intention is affected by age,occupation,family,society and other factors.The main problems of having a second child include high birth cost,insufficient rights and interests protection,incomplete supporting policies and insufficient public services.To improve the willingness to have a second child,we can start with special welfare plans,rights and interests protection system,supporting policy system,public service supply and more publicity and guidance.
