Research On The Paths To Enhance The Internationalization Ability Of Undergraduate Universities Students In Guangxi

The internationalization development of students is the basic content of the internationalization construction of colleges and univers ities.It is of great significance to improve the internationalization ability of students in undergraduate univers ities for improving the internationalization level of universities and promoting the internationalization development of higher education in Guangxi.In this study,the assessment scale of college students' internationalization ability is used as the evaluation tool,and the students in undergraduate univers ities in Nanning are taken as the research object.To improve the college students' international ability,the improvement path is studied.Based on the analysis and summary of the existing research results,this paper explores the influencing factors of college students' internationalization ability,summarizes them into individual characteristics factors,personal internationalization experience factors,and campus internationalization environment factors.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,based on the significance of the influence of various factors on the three dimensions of internationalization ability,and under the guidance of higher education internationalization strategy theories,this paper puts forward three ways to improve the internationalization ability of college students.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper evaluates and analyzes the internationalization ability of students in undergraduate universities in Nanning,and finds that the overall level of internationalization ability is not high,the knowledge of cultural diversity is insuffic ient,the understanding of globalization is insufficient,the skills of using internationalization tools are seriously lacking,the intercultural communication ability needs to be improved,the internationalization attitude needs to be changed,and the internationalization consciousness needs to be improved.This study uses spss20.0 to conduct multiple regression analysis on the influenc ing factors of the three dimens ions of internationalization ability.Based on the conclusions of empirical analys is,it proposes to enhance the internationalization degree of c urriculum content,strengthen the construction of internationalization concept and policy guarantee,strengthen the foreign language learning of college students,improve the enthus iasm of international extracurricular activities of college students,and provide a reference for cross-cultural studies to improve the internationalization ability of college students,we should create good conditions for practice,improve the internationalization of teaching staff,strengthen international cooperation and exchange in education,and enhance their sense of identity with their own culture and values.
