With the spread of Chinese learning,classroom management in foreign countries has raised many people's attention.During the one-year teaching in the Thai boys' school,the author found that classroom management has always been a very difficult problem in Chinese teaching in Thailand.Without a good classroom order,it will not only affect the efficiency of teaching,but also hinder students' future study.Therefore,it is especially important to improve the quality of Chinese teaching abroad and strengthen the management ability of Chinese teachers.The research objects of this paper are middle school students of Tramit Wittayalai school in Thailand,Chinese teachers of the school and volunteers of Chinese teachers in Thailand.Through the method of classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper mainly explores and analyzes the existing classroom management problems in Thai boys' schools.At the same time,it summarizes some common problems in classroom teaching by synthesizing the teaching situation of daimi middle school,the attitude of teachers and students,and the current situation of classroom management.There are four types of problem behaviors: 1.Disruptive problem behaviors;2.Covert problem behaviors;3.Based on the specific problem behavior;4.Culture conflict-type problem behavior.The author starts from the social factors,teacher factors,student factors and environmental factors to discuss the relevant factors affecting classroom management and analyze the reasons.According to the above investigation and analysis results and the specific situation in practice,some enlightenment on classroom management problems can be obtained.And according to the different problem behavior from teachers,schools and Hanban,according to the specific classroom management problems to provide some theoretical and practical countermeasures and Suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to explore effective ways of classroom management,and to give some practical coping methods considering the particularity of Thai boys' schools,hoping to provide reference opinions for overseas frontline teachers,especially volunteer teachers with less rich teaching experience.At last,the author puts forward some thoughts on its shortcomings: 1.Since the author only teaches in a boys' school of Traimit Wittayalai school for a short period of one year,the interview between students and teachers will be subjective to some extent,resulting in one-sided results.2.It is difficult to quantify the effects of classroom management,and the fluctuation of students' learning status will also affect the observed results in class.The effectiveness of Suggestions and countermeasures needs to be further verified through practice.
