With the continuous development of China's economy and culture,countries around the world are paying more and more attention to China,hoping to learn more about China.The development of the construction of " One Belt and One Road" has also promoted the influence of China in Southeast Asia.As a neighboring country of China,Thailand has once again raised the "popular Chinese fever".This kind of Thailand people's high enthusiasm for learning Chinese is a good opportunity for Chinese international promotion.In Thailand,schools for learning Chinese are more and more widely covered,and the demand for Chinese teachers is also growing.At the same time,we need to ensure the quality of Chinese teachers' classroom teaching.Classroom training is a very important part of Chinese classroom teaching.It plays a very important role in students' learning new knowledge and consolidating old knowledge.Especially in the cross-cultural context of Chinese classroom teaching,in different teaching systems,students' personality and other aspects of the requirements for classroom practice are also different from domestic teaching.Therefore,this paper chooses Thai primary school Chinese classroom training as the research direction,through the form of questionnaires,carries out a questionnaire survey on the situation of teachers,teaching environment and teachers' classroom drilling of Chinese teachers in primary schools in Thailand.After analyzing the literature and previous experience,it conducts a theoretical study on Thai primary school Chinese classroom training.The questionnaire is analyzed and sorted out,and the factors affecting Chinese classroom training in Thai primary schools are summarized from three aspects.The differences between Chinese schools and Thai primary schools in terms of educational objectives,curriculum setting and evaluation methods are found,thus affecting the classroom training of Chinese teachers;the individual teaching ability and language ability of teachers from the aspect of teachers will affect the classroom training;and finally,from the aspect of teachers,the author finds out that the individual teaching ability and language ability of teachers will affect the classroom training.Students point out that the imbalance of students' personality,attention and Chinese proficiency will affect the classroom training of Chinese teachers.Finally,according to the investigation and analysis,a specific teaching design and implementation is made,and its feasibility is analyzed.I hope that the research process and results of this paper can provide some reference for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
