As an important means in the teaching of physics,physics experiment teaching is also an important teaching content.Compared with the exercise training after being abstracted and processed,the physical experiment presents an original physical phenomenon,which is more valuable for the training of students' thinking.We believe that physics experiment teaching is a good teaching method to promote the development of thinking quality.At the same time,through the literature review,we have learned that the development of physics experiment teaching in middle schools in underdeveloped areas is not optimistic.One of the main reasons is that it is difficult for teachers to see their influence on students' performance from experimental teaching,and it is more difficult to find out the effect of experiments on students' thinking quality.Therefore,teachers are not paying attention to experimental teaching.If the experimental teaching have not be implemented,it will have a negative impact on the development of students' various abilities.Therefore,based on Professor Lin Chongde's theory of thinking quality and Professor Xing Hongjun's original problem in education theory,the impact of experimental teaching on the development of students' thinking quality and its specific influence have been explored in this paper.And some teaching suggestions for high school experimental teaching are suggested.We selected two classes at the same level of a key middle school in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province as research objects.One is experimental and the other is normal.The experimental class is taught by the author and its physics teacher.All the student experiments and additional demonstration experiments on the textbook are taught completely in this class.But the normal class is taught by one teacher routinely.At the end of the period,the thinking quality test volume have been used for unified testing.And through the comparative analysis of the two classes of thinking quality test scores,the following conclusions are summarized:1.Experimental teaching can promote the profundity of students' physical thinking quality.2.The short-term experimental teaching and the experimental teaching mode based on demonstration experiments have not shown any influence on the originality ofstudents' thinking quality.3.In the role of experimental teaching in the profundity,the development of girls' thinking quality is more obvious.4.Experimental teaching can promote the thinking quality of students at all levels.5.The topic that the school usually uses for testing may be difficult to examine the originality and flexibility of the student's thinking quality.6.The four dimensions of students' thinking quality have not developed evenly.And the developing level of flexibility and originality are far lower than that of other dimensions.Based on the above conclusions,we put forward relevant teaching suggestions.Teachers should learn more about the effects of experimental teaching,change the concept of experimental teaching,ensure the implementation of various types of experimental teaching,and promote the development of students' thinking quality.Teachers should ensure the participation of girls in the experimental teaching,so that the thinking quality of the class develops in a balanced manner.Experiment teaching should be actively carried out in all levels of classes.In the aspect of examination evaluation,we should add the test questions of self-designed problem-solving plan to increase the openness of the test questions,and effectively evaluate the originality and flexibility of students' thinking.The inquiry-based experiments must be added to promote the development of students' physical thinking quality in balance.The exchange training activities of experimental teaching must be carried out regularly,and a self-made teaching aid reward mechanism must be established.
