Chinese Wushu,as the treasure of Chinese traditional culture,is profound and long-standing.However,due to the decline of youth's physical fitness and the culture shock from foreign countries,it is difficult to inherit and develop Chinese Wushu.The schools,which serves as a place to cultivate students' all around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education,should take the responsibility to cultivate young students to inherit and develop China's excellent traditional culture.The state and localities have comprehensively promoted the "Wushu into campus" activities and the relevant departments of Southwest of Guizhou have jointly Promoted the "Wushu into Campus" campaign in the statewide primary and secondary school kindergartens.But the implementation situation and the problems occurring during the implementation have a direct impact on the promotion of "Wushu into campus".Therefore,using documentary analysis method,questionnaires,field investigation,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis,this paper investigated and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the "Wushu into campus" activities in senior high schools in Southwest of Guizhou.The conclusions are as follows:First,Only one school in the survey school did not carry out the "Wushu into campus" activity.The other schools have already started,but the degree is different.The content of the activity in these schools mainly includes a martial arts aerobics hero,adolescents,Tai Chi and the first class of Changquan.The main developing ways are class-break exercises and physical education classes.Second,Physical education teachers and students have some knowledge about the "Wushu into campus" activities.Physical education teachers very support the promotion of "martial arts into campus",and the students also expressed their likes and support to the "Wushu into campus" activities,thinking Martial arts make a difference to their campus life.However,more than half of the students participate in the "Wushu into campus" activities only because of the schools' requirements,which is bad for the promotion of the "Wushu into campus" activities.Third,Martial arts itself has many advantages.For example,its rich cultural connotation not only promote the construction of campus culture,but also the comprehensive development of young students' physical and mental.The requirements for venue and equipment are not high,which is conducive to the development of martial arts in schools.The promotion of "Wushu into campus" activities has sufficient external advantages: the protection of relevant policies of the state and the region,the well-distributed distribution of the age and the teaching age of physical education teachers,and the parents' active attitude,which lay the foundation for the promotion of "Wushu into the campus" activities.Fourth,There are certain disadvantages in the promotion of the "Wushu into campus" activity in senior high schools in Southwest of Guizhou,such as the deficiency of martial arts professional teachers,the mismatch between promotion teaching content and teaching are students' needs,the imperfect of the management and supervision mechanisms,the small number of teacher trainings and student competitions,the disagreement of some decision makers and their little leading-role effect.In response to the conclusions drawn in this paper,the following recommendations are made:First,Refine policy requirements,improve management and supervision mechanisms,For a long time,we will check the situation of "Wushu into campus" activities in all primary and secondary school kindergartens in the state on an irregular basis,and implement a mechanism of rewards and punishments,and regularly organize physical education teachers to participate in martial arts training,and students to participate in martial arts competitions.Second,Education departments at all levels should pay more attention to the role of sports in school education,and publicize the "Wushu into campus" activities through various channels,so that students,teachers and school decision-makers can understand,agree and value the activities,so as to lay a solid mass foundation for the Good promotion of "Wushu into campus" activities.Third,Seize the policy opportunities,on the basis of the national and local attention to the "Wushu into campus" activities and a certain degree of promotion,with the recognition of martial arts by students and parents,give full play to its rich cultural connotation and its own advantages with low requirements for venue and equipment.Promote the all-round physical and mental development of young students and promote the construction of campus culture.Fourth,balance the ratio of male and female teachers,and introduce martial arts professional teachers.According to the actual needs of students,enrich the promotion content and adopt a variety of teaching methods.Adopt a main form of promotion and supplement it with other forms.
