Demission means to leave a current job.It is the performance of action.Research on Teachers' turnover is also endless.Most of the articles focus on the status quo,causes and countermeasures.There is almost no research in the field of professional turnover.This study intends to use the narrative research method to find out the conflict and struggle between professional ideals and reality.And through the analysis of their own experience,try to explore the gap between their professional ideals and the reality.Some thoughts and suggestions are put forward to promote teachers' professional ideals and professional development.At the same time,in order to sort out the past experience of their own,sort out the most suitable path for the realization of their future professional ideal,and correct the cognitive deviation in the process of their own.This paper consists of four parts:The first part——the raise of the problem.It is containing the background of research?objective?conception?methods and the literature review for the relevant articles.This study explains the origin of the research from the concern of reality and the interest of researchers themselves.conception?the literature review contains of three parts: the first part is about teacher's professional ideal,the second part is about the educational narrative research.The second part——is the main body part which consists of the five chapters:The background of the story—Study process—The first Inauguration and resignation—The second Inauguration and resignation—The three inauguration,Focus on the practical obstacles encountered in the realization of the whole professional ideal.Among them,the realization of professional ideal has gone through several stages,such as professional motivation(the background of the story),professional attitude(Study process,the first Inauguration and resignation,professional will(The second Inauguration and resignation,professional belief(The three inauguration)and so on.Although the professional ideal is faced with difficulties,it constantly makes new choices or escaping from the current work,but has never left the field of professional work.In order to find out the best way to achieve professional ideals through reflection and summing up from every experience.The third part——reflection and suggestion.This part is called "don't forget your heart" and go on.Re-recognition and strategy of reconciliation based on professional ideal.It also explains the solutions to the realization of professional ideals from two aspects.First of all,put forward the idea of "never forget,there will be reverberation".From the adjustment of its own internal factors to improve the reality of the dilemma,put forward the firm goal,the direction to establish,reduce interference,self-study and other aspects of the strategy to solve the predicament.Secondly,the point of view of "stone of other mountains,to attack jade”.In order to solve the existing dilemmas from external factors,we propose other people,other things,other professions and other concepts to propose solutions to the predicament.
