In 2010 the ministry of education promulgated the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)",pointed out to reduce middle school students schoolwork burden,rich middle school students' extracurricular life,overall planning,overall propulsion,reform of middle school students' examination evaluation system,emphasis on quality education for middle school students,can be seen,the state and society attaches great importance to the organization of the school extracurricular activities and conduct.Taking E middle school of xingtai city as the research object,through investigating the management of extra-curricular activities in E middle school of xingtai city,it is found that a series of achievements have been made in extra-curricular activities.At the same time,also found that micro E middle school student extracurricular activities management exists many problems,such as extracurricular activities,lack of overall planning,extracurricular activity type is relatively single,extracurricular activities management system is imperfect,extracurricular activities,organization and management mechanism is not sound,extracurricular activities time arrangements difficult coordination,lack of professional teachers in the management of extracurricular activities,extracurricular activities,lack of supervision feedback mechanism,and many other problems.Analysis xingtai E middle school extracurricular activities management existence question,found that the reason for the schools,teachers and students to give certain influence on the effectiveness of activities out of class management,lack of planning and democracy in the management of school extracurricular activities,teachers' academic stress affects initiative extracurricular activities,students score standard affect the normal extracurricular activities to carry out the traditional,thus,improve micro E middle school extracurricular activities management effect,needs the joint efforts of schools,teachers and students.In xingtai E middle school extracurricular activities management investigation,according to the above problem,offer certain Suggestions,schools should intensify extracurricular activity management,developing extracurricular activities management plan,strengthen the campus extracurricular activity type design,improve the system of extracurricular activities,organization and management,perfecting the extracurricular activities management system construction,guarantee extracurricular activity time and infrastructure,improve extra-curricular activities management personnel quality,strengthen the supervision of extracurricular activities,feedback,etc.At the same time,the school should enhance the guide of teachers and students participating in extracurricular activities,guides the student to participate in extracurricular activities,arouse the enthusiasm of the entire school teachers participate in extracurricular activities management,through the joint efforts of schools,teachers and students,promote xingtai E middle school extracurricular activities management effectiveness,promote healthy development of students' physical and mental quality.
