With the continuous changes in the family structure,the female group gradually separated from the housework,and more and more participate in the labor market,the female employment rate has been increasing.Among them,the five Nordic countries have made remarkable achievements,and women's employment ranks top in the world.Therefore,it has become the target of many scholars to explore the reasons for the increase of women's employment rate.In the process of promoting employment in the eu,more and more flexible security mode is added into the policy,which is of great significance to promoting overall employment.Then,for the female group,whether the flexible security model has a unique significance,whether it can play a unique role for women has become a question worth discussing.This article first reviews the background of flexible Labour market security mode and development stage,summarizes the current situation of women employment of northern Europe,summarizes the characteristics of female employment,Nordic combed the flexicurity model the policy content of five countries in northern Europe,namely active Labour market policies combined with the generous social welfare policy,supplemented by flexible Labour market and comprehensive lifelong learning strategy,and discusses the effect of flexible security model of female employment mechanism.Secondly,the employment rate of women sorted by gender from 2005 to 2016 and relevant elements of the flexible security model were selected.The regression analysis method of panel data was used to explore the factors and degree of influence on the employment of women in the flexible security model,and the regression results were analyzed.The empirical results show that: low degree of employment protection is conducive to improve the flexibility of the labor market and promote women's employment;Government expenditure on public early childhood education and care is conducive to promoting employment;Unemployment expenditure has negative incentive to female employment.The active labor market policy and the growth rate of female learning participation have no significant effect on the increase of female employment rate.On this basis,analyzed the impact of flexicurity model the reasons of female employment and flexible security model for the evaluation,get the following conclusion: flexible Labour market and the characteristics of female employment,the government's spending on early childhood education and care can effectively coordinate the conflicts of women work and family,but at the same time,flexible security model for gender equality,hidden behind the generous social welfare system.Finally,the paper evaluates the influence effect of the flexible security model and puts forward specific Suggestions,emphasizing gender equality and opposing gender discrimination.Attach importance to childcare and realize socialization of childcare;The relationship between flexibility and security should be properly handled.At the same time,the paper summarizes the inspiration of the flexible security model to the employment of women in China.We will improve the child-rearing system,promote coordination between work and family,promote equal employment,and eliminate employment discrimination.
