| As an innovative talent development strategy for national construction,"Top-notch Plan" has been embodied in the talent training plan of colleges and universities,and implemented in the way of curriculum teaching.From the goal of "Top-notch Program",we can see that as a new exploration to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in higher education,Top-notch Program advocates the cultivation of undergraduate research-oriented talents with students as the main body,stresses the mobilization of students’ enthusiasm,creativity and initiative in learning,and stimulates students’ innovative thinking and innovative consciousness.It is to train high-level innovative talents,which requires top students to have better scientific research ability,more autonomous learning motivation,more abundant professional knowledge,and more creative personality.Top-notch students are different from ordinary undergraduates.The training of top-notch students is different from that of ordinary undergraduates.Therefore,their evaluation should also be different from that of ordinary undergraduates.However,there are few studies on the evaluation of top-notch students in education circles.Therefore,this study evaluates the development level of creative potential of top-notch students,and explores the effect of "Top-notch Plan" in personnel training in the past ten years.Based on the theory of accumulation advantage and the theory of Sternberg’s creativity investment,this paper builds on the creativity component of creativity investment theory,constructs the evaluation index system of top-notch students’ creative potential,and uses entropy method to synthesize the development potential of top students.Evaluation.The main conclusions are as follows: Among the 19 sample colleges and universities,Shanghai Jiaotong University scored the highest scores in the development level of the creative potential of the top students and the intelligence,knowledge,personality and thinking style dimensions;Zhejiang University scored the highest in the motivation dimension;Beijing University of Aeronautics andAstronautics The scores were the lowest in the comprehensive score,intelligence and knowledge dimensions;Harbin Institute of Technology scored the lowest in the personality and motivation dimension;Jilin University scored the lowest in the thinking style dimension. |
