Over the years,colleges and universities,as one of the main bodies of national technological innovation,have accumulated rich scientific research results.However,due to the low degree of matching between scientific and technological achievements and market demand information,and the low degree of trust in transactions,the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities continues to be low,and a large number of scientific research achievements have not been put into actual production to bring their due value.The characteristics of blockchain,such as data encryption,non-tampering and decentralization,provide ideas for solving the mutual trust problem in the process of transforming scientific and technological achievements.In this context,this paper proposes a blockchain-based transaction system for the scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities,which can realize the promotion of scientific and technological achievements information and transaction of scientific and technological achievements between colleges and universities and enterprises,reduce the transaction costs of both sides,and improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities.The main work of this article is:(1)Investigate and analyze the actual situation of the transformation of the results in colleges and universities,and design a blockchain-based trading scheme for the scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities.The scheme designs an Ethereumbased smart contract around the entire life cycle of the transformation of university scientific and technological achievements,which is used to store user information,achievement information,transaction information and other data,and treat scientific and technological achievement information as on-chain assets and mark them in the blockchain,and execute operations such as the transfer of achievements on the chain.(2)A service cluster based on IPFS technology is built to store user upload information such as transaction contracts outside the blockchain,and the return value of the storage address is stored in the blockchain as an attribute field.Based on the Vue front-end framework,a friendly interactive interface is designed for each functional module,which improves the user experience.(3)The required development environment is built,and the design of the system plan has been implemented in detail.The interface of the smart contract in the system realizes various functions such as user registration,achievement modifing and review,achievement information inquery,and transfer transaction,covering the entire lifetime of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.In addition,the system uses the web3.js library function service interface to implement data interaction between the front-end interface and the back-end smart contract,and implements the data interaction between the front-end interface and the IPFS cluster through the ipfs-api library function service interface.In summary,the scientific and technological achievements trading system of colleges and universities designed and implemented in this paper,introduces blockchain technology and transfers the achievement information as assets on the chain.It not only guarantees the authenticity and effectiveness of the trading process,but also accelerates the promotion of scientific and technological achievements information in colleges and universities,and also has a good user experience.As an active exploration of the application of blockchain technology in the transfer of scientific and technological achievements,this paper verifies the feasibility of using blockchain technology to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,and provides new ideas for the informationization of achievement transformation.
