In a broad sense,the sum of all the individual changes of the natural environment and human society in the past time and their relations is called history.And these changes and relations occur within a certain space,so historical research should pay attention to both time and space,that is,the combination of history and land.From the perspective of discipline setting,history is a discipline that records and explains a series of human and social processes.As a comprehensive subject,history includes many aspects such as economy,politics,culture and ideology.Aiming at the history teachers and students in education stage of ordinary high school,this paper first discusses the acquisition,selection and use of history map from the two aspects of "teaching" and "learning" of history subject.The second is to discuss the consciousness of historical and geographical integration contained in the historical map.This paper aims at providing some ideas for high school history teachers and students in the use of historical maps and the cultivation of consciousness of historical and geographical integration.Historical map is a visual history,can directly reflect the historical process and historical phenomenon,it has both historical and geographical significance.History map is a unique teaching tool that can greatly improve teaching efficiency in teachers' teaching,and it is also a good helper for students to know history in their learning.By analyzing the historical map,we can not only explain the historical phenomenon,but also "see the essence through the phenomenon",summarize the law of historical development,cultivate students' interest in learning,and improve the effectiveness of history classroom teaching in middle schools.The consciousness of combining history and land is a method to understand and solve problems by means of connecting points of view.In the high school stage teacher's teaching and the student's study process manifested one kind of interdisciplinary synthesis idea.The learning and research method of "left picture,right history",which combines history and land,not only plays a great role in the learning process of learners,but also plays an irreplaceable important role in the teaching process of teaching scholars.Traditional history subject education does not pay attention to the strengthening of historical logic and ignores the defects of teaching AIDS in enriching the experience function of history teaching.Its teaching focus is mainly on the explanation of specific historical events,and the teaching means are relatively simple.These factors interweave together,resulting in students' insufficient understanding of the temporal and spatial nature of historical development,and the relatively broken historical knowledge context.In order for students to establish a systematic history learning system,the method of combining history and geography should be one of the important teaching methods to deepen the quality education at the present stage.
