The comprehensive practice project curriculum has been implemented in primary and secondary schools in China for nearly twenty years,which plays an important role in cultivating students' innovative spirit,practical ability and social responsibility.However,the teaching group of the comprehensive practice project curriculum is still in the process of development.Relevant researchers have carried out various aspects of research on the concept,implementation,teaching methods and evaluation of comprehensive practice project,and the development of the curriculum has been continuously promoted in the new curriculum reform.However,because of few studies on the professional development of teachers in the curriculum,it is even rarer of the study on the teaching and research community of the comprehensive practice project.In view of it,this paper starts from the investigation of the development status of the teaching and research community of the comprehensive practice project in the primary school of G district in Guiyang City,and writes the questionnaire and interview outline.Through the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview results,on the one hand,the development status of the teaching and research community of the comprehensive practice project of the primary school in G district of Guiyang can be known;on the other hand,the problems and causes that affect the development of the teaching and research community of the comprehensive practice project of primary school can be obtained basing on analysis,so as to propose countermeasures and suggestions for solving.As investigation results,We found it was no optimistic for Development status of comprehensive practice activities in GuiYang city G School.According reasons which affected development of primary school comprehensive practical activity research community,this Articles put forward some conclusions as below: 1.Strengthen varies way to learn more,ensure that participates understanding concepts and significance of the research community;2.Implement the incentive system and promote participate in teaching and research according the vision of the community;3.Ensure participates have staged Plan of teaching and researching,All relevant achievements and experience should be shared and practice at regular intervals.4.Prefer to comprehensive practical activities,it's necessary to explore and introduce corresponding experts resources for training Local expert team;5.Institutions and departments of education bureau should play a leading role in ensuring that development of teachers in comprehensive practical activities team should be taken intot overall allocation of resources;6.The Center of Education and Training shall formulate targeted system for supervision,timely check feedbacks and experience sharing;7.School Managements and middle-level Supervisors should provide all kinds of support in place to ensure the operation of teaching and researching community;8.Accelerate establishment and transformation of teaching and researching groups for comprehensive practical activities in school.
