Research On The Specialization Of Science And Technology Management In Yingkou Institute Of Technology

Visible,the construction of innovation system of science and technology in the education development,the role of emerging scientific,standardized construction of science and technology management work in colleges and universities for the scientific and technological innovation and development of colleges and universities plays a guiding and leading role.Yingkou institute of technology(MIT)is a newly established colleges and universities in 2013,but the school is in the initial stage of development,through to the college of science and technology management present situation,the survey found in science and technology management is also facing many difficulties and problems,such as lack of science and technology management concept,management mode of science and technology is endless and reasonable,science and technology management personnel's overall quality to be improved,still need to further enhance transformation of scientific and technological achievements,science and technology management of form a complete set of management mechanism remains to be perfect,these are the real bottleneck which restrict the development of the academy for the future and challenges,thus raising the level of specialization in yingkou institute of science and technology management,scientific research work is of great significance in promoting college characteristics.In this paper,the integrated use of literature method,questionnaire survey method,the analysis of the selected topic background,significance and research status of science and technology management at home and abroad and the management status of yingkou institute of science and technology,on the basis of existing problems and reasons for the in-depth analysis.This paper argues that yingkou institute of technology in science and technology management concept,management mode of science and technology,technology management and technology are more prominent problems in the management incentive mechanism,its causes are: scientific research aspects of the school localization is inappropriate,social position is not accurate,teachers' scientific research is not to force,science and technology management personnel's quality is not high,technology management operation mechanism is not sound,etc.According to the above problem,is to strengthen the construction of yingkou professional institute of science and technology management work put forward a system solution,namely clear college scientific research orientation,the tech 2 management mode,strengthening the construction of science and technology management personnel quality and improve the scientific incentive mechanism,etc.,analyses the feasibility of the solution at the same time,and from strengthening the management of science and technology information construction,improve the work of science and technology management system guarantee measures are put forward.
