With the widespread implementation of "integration of disabled and healthy" and "Special Olympics Mobilization Leadership Plan",the training of Special Olympics Mobilization Leadership is also widely carried out in practice,but it is urgent to solve the theoretical problems of leadership education and develop targeted courses accordingly.Based on the existing school-based curriculum development model,this study systematically explores the construction of the school-based curriculum for Special Olympics Leadership Education and Training from four aspects.The first part is the background study.This study summarizes the relevant research results in many fields to elaborate the theoretical value and practical significance of this research,clarifies the elements of leadership composition,proposes the “Operational Definition of Special Olympics Leaders” in this study and provides theoretical support for designing the structure and content of the follow-up Special Olympics Leadership Courses.The second part is the pre-research of curriculum development.A self-designed questionnaire was designed to understand the attitude of special teachers and parents of children with cognitive impairment towards the necessity and feasibility of Developing Special Olympics leadership,and to provide theoretical support for the development of courses in this field.The survey found that the three modules of leadership basic literacy,leadership quality and leadership skills must be trained and can be trained.Families and schools are also carrying out relevant work.It is believed that the relevant training has also achieved certain results in the development of leadership of cognitive impaired people.The third part is to develop the school-based curriculum of leadership education and training for special Olympics athletes,including curriculum objectives,curriculum structure and content construction,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.The results are as follows:(1)Formulate the curriculum objectives of leadership education and training.According to the actual development needs of students and the relevant theories of curriculum objectives,the curriculum objectives are divided into general objectives and specific objectives.According to different classification methods,the specific objectives are divided into three major objectives: cognitive,technical and emotional.(2)Leadership structure and content construction,using Delphi method to demonstrate the needs and trainability of leadership structure and content.The results show that the experts agree that leadership(basic literacy,leadership quality,leadership skills)has a higher overall demand;besides the word organization field in the leadership skills module,the other fields have a higher degree of training.(3)The implementation of curriculum,first from the implementation of the object,organizational form,training methods,implementation ways and implementation processes are discussed in detail,and then case study is used to verify the feasibility of curriculum implementation.In this study,two cases were selected to select the required leadership content for teaching.These cases have improved the content of leadership selected,which shows that the course has strong practicability and operability,and can be used as one of the choices of leadership education and training for special Olympics athletes.(4)Course evaluation,using the Delphi method,designs the framework,content and items of the course evaluation,and evaluates all aspects of the course.As a result,experts believe that the curriculum content is comprehensive and reasonable,the goal is reasonable,the implementation is operable,and the evaluation is reasonable.It is of great significance to promote the construction of school-based curriculum of leadership education and training for special Olympics athletes.The fourth part is curriculum summary and reflection,summarizing the achievements and shortcomings of this study,and according to the results,putting forward the direction of future research.
