In recent years,the employment rate of graduates in higher vocational schools has increased steadily,but the stable and sustained employment rate cannot cover the problems of employment quality.Employment satisfaction,the degree of matching between work and career expectation and the degree of correlation between work and major of graduates in higher vocational schools are lower than undergraduates.And,the turnover rate within half a year of graduates in higher vocational schools is much higher than undergraduates,which all indicate that the problem of the initial employment quality of graduates in higher vocational schools is outstanding.Higher vocational school students are in the exploratory period of career development.The development task at this stage is to clarify career preferences and make trials,that is,to make career decisions.The completion of career decision-making tasks at this stage will seriously affect the quality of employment and the progress of the entire career.Studies have shown that higher vocational school students have shown obvious difficulties in career decision-making,but targeted interventions have not been provided in the growth environment of them.The present study takes the theory of career development as the analytical perspective,the career decision-making difficulty questionnaire(CDDQ)based on the theory of taxonomy of career decision-making difficulty as the analysis tool,and the ecological systems theory as construction basis of the influential factor model of career decision-making difficulty.The present study takes the effectiveness of the Career Decision-Making Questionnaire(CDDQ)for higher vocational school students in China groups and how do the four factors of general self-efficacy,family support,others support,and school experience affect the career decision-making difficulties of higher vocational school students as the main research content.A total of 1134 valid questionnaires were collected for 5 public higher vocational schools in Shanghai.Using SPSS 23 and Amos 21 as data analysis tools,through the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of career decision-making difficulties of higher vocational school students,the present study attempts to put forward feasible suggestions for family education and the construction of career guidance system in higher vocational schools.Through analysis and discussion,the following conclusions are finally drawn:1.The career decision-making difficulties of students are generally moderately difficult.2.Male students from higher vocational school in Shanghai's have more difficult career decision-making difficulties.3.The degree of career decision-making difficulties of higher vocational students is similar.4.Higher vocational school students who major in different discipline all reflect on lack of motivation,lack of information and inconsistent information of career decision-making difficulties.5.General self-efficacy has a prominent effect on career decision-making difficulties of higher vocational school students.6.Family support and others support affect the career decision-making difficulties of higher vocational school students combinedly.7.School experience eases career decision-making difficulties by improving students' self-efficacy.Then,from family education and school vocational guidance,the following suggestions are proposed for the intervention of career decision-making difficulties:1.Family participation: conveying positive and equal career beliefs and career decision-making concepts.2.Career development as the goal of career guidance: focus on chronic indecision.3.The establishment of systematic career decision-making difficulties assessment and tracking intervention mechanism.4.Building a platform for self-awareness and vocational cognition: part-time and internship...
