With the development of the information age and the demand of the overall strategic layout of the country,more and more skilled talents have been widely favored by the society.High-quality,high-skilled talents have become a valuable resource for enterprises and factories,which are in great demand but rare.Many front-line employees come from vocational education,and secondary vocational education as the starting point of Vocational Education in China has always been concerned.The state has promulgated many policy documents on vigorous development of Vocational education,and the per capita expenditure of students has risen for many years.The number of secondary vocational students is huge and stable.However,the attitude of secondary vocational education in people's minds has not been much improved.Many graduates are not recognized by the society and can not compete for relevant jobs.After summarizing this phenomenon,the author finds that there are some reasons why the teaching methods of specialized courses are not suitable and the teaching modes are not matched.Therefore,it is urgent to change the existing teaching mode to adapt to the learning characteristics of students in modern secondary vocational schools.In order to achieve the corresponding teaching objectives,based on the advantages of project-based teaching and iterative teaching method,a new teaching method of project-based iterative teaching method is proposed.The project-based teaching method and iterative teaching method are integrated and applied,and knowledge and skills are decomposed into three iterations to achieve the effect of gradual reinforcement and spiral increase.Based on the analysis of the concept,development and significance of project-based teaching and iteration teaching method,this paper defines the concept of project-based iteration teaching method.This paper theoretically analyses the scientificity and rationality of the force project iteration teaching method.According to the idea of project-based iteration teaching method,PDCA cycle mode is used to carry out the implementation of project-based iteration teaching method and improve the quality of teaching.This paper expounds the teaching design idea of using PDCA cycle mode to carry out project-based iteration teaching method.This paper summarizes the requirements for teacher's abilities and criteria for project selection in the implementation of project-based iteration teaching method.Finally,through educational experiments,the teaching effect of Project-based Iterative Teaching Method is studied in detail.Two classes with the same starting point are selected as the experimental class and the control class.In the same chapter of teaching,the data are used to verify the teaching effect of project-based iteration teaching method,which proves the advanced nature of project-based iteration teaching method.
