Humanistic Perspective Of Chang Ji College Teaching Management Model Research

Teaching management as the basic activity and the center part of university management,occupies an important position in the management of colleges and universities.The teaching management of colleges and universities is the effective management process for the teaching objective and task base on the characteristics and regularities of colleges and universities.The teaching management of colleges and universities is the basis of teaching activities and the important guarantee to improve the quality of teaching.The central of teaching management is the management of people.Due to historical and realistic reasons,the teaching management in colleges and universities still has many problems,such as the lackness of realization,research and exploration on teaching management,and the hysteresis of management model and management system,etc.In a word,the most prominent problem of the teaching management is the lack of humanized management.This paper probes the teaching management of colleges and universities base on the human-oriented using the theory and method of management and human resources management,which provide theoretical basis and method guidance for the people-oriented teaching management in colleges and universities.In addition,we investigate the teaching management of the Changji college applying the literature law method and case analysis method.The contents of human-oriented are explained and analyzed base on the study of management,and the management model of human-oriented is investigated to applying the teaching management of colleges and universities.We analysis the characteristics and status of college of Changji,and find that the traditional teaching management exists many defects.We probe the reasons from three aspects of students,teachers,and educational administration,and propose the method to build the human-oriented management.
