In recent years,with the continuous development of preschool education,the quality of preschool education has also received the most extensive attention.Giving priority to the development of education and the education of the people's satisfaction is one of the important spirits of the party's 19 th National Congress.For the first time,the realization of "young education" will enable every child to enjoy fair and high-quality preschool education.For a long time,the quality of education has been the top priority in the field of education emphasized by China.The “quality education” mentioned in the report of the 19 th National Congress proves the importance the state attaches to the quality of education.The ensuing view on the quality of education of different subjects has become a hot issue in current preschool research.As the decision-makers,leaders,educators and managers of kindergarten education practice,the director of education directly affects the overall quality of education in kindergartens.This study mainly studies the actual state of the kindergarten director's educational quality concept through the interview method and the observation method.Through the interviews and observations of the educational activities of the director,the kindergarten directors' education quality concept is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the kindergarten director's education quality concept are analyzed,and the targeted and practical suggestions are put forward.The first part: The origin of the problem in this study is raised.It is believed that improving the quality of education is the development trend of preschool education in different countries.At the same time,the quality of education of the director is the key factor affecting the quality of education.This part sorts out and analyzes the relevant literatures related to the research on leaders,kindergarten education quality and education quality concept,and provides a detailed theoretical basis and experience preparation for this research.The second part: This part mainly analyzes the quality of education of the kindergarten director based on the interview content,and formulates the interview outline and observation record according to the components of the quality of education and the main problems faced by the quality of kindergarten education.The interview method is combined with the observation method.Interviews and observations were conducted on 21 public kindergarten directors from all over the country to the director's center.It mainly analyzes the understanding of the importance of education quality,the understanding of the quality of kindergarten education,the understanding of the factors affecting the quality of kindergarten education,and the understanding of the quality evaluation and guarantee of kindergarten education,which lays an empirical foundation for the analysis of the whole article.The third part: This part is mainly based on the analysis of the quality of education of kindergarten directors.The analysis of the factors affecting the formation of education quality concept,from the professional quality and ability of the director,work experience,learning attitude and working time arrangement and other factors as well as national policies External factors such as training opportunities and the pressure of survival and development of kindergartens analyze the influence of their educational quality concept,and provide reference and reference for their reflection and suggestions on the quality of education.The fourth part: This part is mainly based on the analysis of various influencing factors of the education quality concept,providing comprehensive suggestions,that is,establishing the belief of lifelong learning,improving their professional quality,rationally arranging work,increasing the proportion of education work,and providing Policy support,establish the concept of family education.
