The introduction of the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Directors" clarifies that the kindergarten headmaster takes the entire kindergarten as the target of work and activities,and combines three professional roles of leaders,managers and educators.It has six professional responsibilities,among which,Leadership of care and education is one of the important duties.The kindergarten headmaster’s Care and Education leadership is one of the key factors determining the quality of kindergarten education and is also an important part of the headmaster’s leadership.This study combines quantitative research with qualitative research,using literature,questionnaires and interviews to study the current status of kindergarten headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership from three dimensions: Value Leadership,,Practical Leadership and Organizational Leadership.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the kindergarten headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership,analyzes the influencing factors behind it,so as to propose the promotion stategy.Introduction section: Starting from the background of the headmasters ’leadership,this paper proposes the research purpose and significance of the headmaster Care and Education Leadership.It also analyzes and organizes relevant literatures such as Leadership,principal’s Instructional Leadership,kindergarten headmaster’s Leadership and kindergarten Care and Education,and defines related concepts.The first part: The literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method used in this study are presented,and the research object,design process,reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey method,as well as the research object,content and process of the interview method are presented in detail.The second part: Using the data of the questionnaire survey and the interview data,to analyzed the present situation and differences of the kindergarten headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership.The overall leadership of headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership is good,and there is a difference between the headmaster’s value leadership dimension and practical leadership dimension,value leadership dimension and organizational leadership dimension.There are significant differences in headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership of different ages,different teaching ages,different majors,different working years,and different regions.The third part: There are problems in the headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership,such as the ability to guide teaching and research is weak,the ability to supervise and evaluate care and education needs to be improved,and the ability to formulate an care and education system is not strong.The fourth part: Aiming at the problems and influencing factors of kindergarten headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership,this paper proposes to promote kindergarten headmaster’s Care and Education Leadership from three aspects: strengthening its professional quality,providing various development support,and strengthening the construction of teachers.
